I remember once in my life when I fell into depression and then I created an imagineer friend. I remember conversations, feeding birds and also going out in walks together. My imaginary friend kept on supporting me until I finally found a real friend.

If you watch the whole video, you would know that Dennis‘s mom talked to Amber‘s father and adopted her, knowing it would be the best decision for her. I think that is completely justified.

It can make you dream and strive to be happy. It is also totally okay to have an imaginary friend, because it can be a wonderful source of comfort. This is the most heartwarming story i have seen yet, imaginary friends hep get kids through the worst of situations, its a childs coping mechanism, I should know, I was that kid and now I am a childcare worker!

I remember when I was in kindergarten, I made an imaginary friend because all the girls in my class didn’t want to be my friend. I understand exactly how Amber feels and it’s hard being lonely.
I was always alone in headstart (which is kinda like preschool but they make things funner and educate you more) I was different cause instead of barbies I'd play with cars on the toy racetracks, I never made an imaginary friend though..

I used to have an imaginary friend as a kid. Her name was Molly, I used to play with her all the time. I created her because my childhood best friend wasn't the kindest. My grandparents thought I was doing it for attention. Once I got my first smart phone and started talking to irl friends that way, I just stopped talking to her but I still cherish those memories I created.
