Learning Leadership through Games | Good Leadership and Followership

Hello! Welcome to the series by Enterprise Fellowship called Learning Leadership through games. Enterprise is a year-long fellowship program, where we work on some really cool real-life projects.
In this game, we have a group of people standing in a circle. A ball of yarn will be provided. The team has to wrap the yarn on one hand (use all 5 fingers) They keep passing the yarn back and forth till a spider’s web is created. Once the web is made, the real challenge is to bounce the ball on it three times. Even if one string is loose, the ball can easily pass through.
Very often in a team, we have a common challenge. When we are given the challenge, there is a huge amount of excitement and we rush to achieve it. Rarely we hit success on the first shot. That's where we make the mistake, we rush in without understanding the work and our team. In this game, we understand the importance of how every employee plays an integral part in the organization and how we should learn from our mistakes.
