So before i attempt mine, ive just looked underneath car+realised theres no holes in the under carriage bit of car. Im assuming you have to just make them when fitting it dave?
Yes. Tape the splitter in place, then put in the screws to fix it in place. Get the splitter lined up with the lines under the car for it to fit correctly....I think I mentioned in my video that it fits exactly with the underside bumper lines.

18" Charlestons....my tip would be do them one solid colour as the corrosion will spread again....Will get mine do 1 solid colour when the corrosion gets bad
Yea 18 Charlestowns No way! Nightmare ive my mind set on doing like a darker gun metal with the black. Maybe the lacquer used wasn't great this 2k sparymax ment to be unreal hopefully 🙏

Hi, I'm not sure on the size of the self tapers 🤔 i know they had 8mm head. Probably 1.5 cm long 🤷♂️

Yes, I am using the self tapping screws that came with the splitter, they are going into the underside of the bumper
Hi, I see that you didn't put a cap nut on the bolts behind the bumper, is it still tight, I mean should I put caps on it or it's fine like it is!?
I just used the hardware provided, done 18k miles since installation and it's not moved 👌

Yes, would probably go in with a hand held screwdriver to be honest....just quicker with power tools

Yes, the self tapping screws go through easily, even easier using a power tool

15 days to Northern Ireland, there were 2 Bank holidays during delivery so that held it up....I would say 10-12 days

Did u use glue or tape or only the bolts? And what is the best way to place a spoiler on the mark 6? It got deliverd with tape and glue
I just used some masking tape to hold it in correct position, then used the provided screws....didn't get any tape with mine

That would work....the issue is the lacquered aluminium, slightest split water gets in and white worm goes to work...
