Both universities are good ones. There are few aspects to think like UTS is a better university for technology-related courses but Uni of Adelaide also a good one. You will need to consider other factors like university of Adelaide is in regional area (Adelaide) so there are benefits to study there, fees, but compared to Sydney, Adelaide has less part-time job opportunities. Consider your long term or short term career goals before choosing.

When they send you the offer letter, usually the scholarship information is given there as well. If you already showed your intentions for scholarship and they didn't offer then it might be that they didn't think you are eligible. It could be a possibility depending on the university you are going to study at. Ask for a packaged course so you know when you are starting and hopefully it helps to transition by March 2025 to your new course.
