This video is misleading in every sense. (1) Education is not just about taking a JOB. It's our sub-continental mindset that we can't get over with even after studying in top foreign universities that the sole purpose of a university degree is to land on a Job. Australia offers high quality education and an amazing campus experience, these are all that matter. (2) There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking a job in an unrelated field. Many of the most successful Businessmen in the world built empires doing businesses after studying Engineering, Medicine or Law. Education is there to train students for real life, not to limit your ability to function in multiple fields of professional work. (3) Educational consultants still gets paid if even you are on 100% scholarship, in most of the cases. You are just not aware of it. The primary purpose of assigning Education Agents is to recruit quality students and making sure that the visa applications are made properly. And, off course, to conduct marketing activities. If even you do not apply through an Agent, the fees remain the same. (4) Australian universities are expensive, they do not intend to hide it. 99% of the top Australian universities are public entities, and governed by the government. It's not like private companies are into education business in Australia. Their education system offers value against money. Nobody is being forced to apply in an Australian university. You are welcome to go to Germany, Norway or in Sweden to study. It's free. According to your logic, BMW, Ferrari, Mercedes should not exist because Toyota offers more value to money! It's a free market. (5) Travel distance is not a con at all. This is probably the most irrational argument in this video. Harvard and MIT are more than twice as much travel distance from this part of the world. What are you talking about. (6) Education Agents might have biases, any firm in any sector has biases for their own products or the products or services they represent. Being a university applicant you have to be smart enough to research and compare the most suitable university and area of study for yourself. It's a must. We have this mindset to blame everything and everyone else for our bad choices except for our own selves. Once again, no one is forcing you to choose a particular country, university or degree. You should be able to research and compare on your own before going to a university. That responsibility is yours. Education Agents are there just to make sure that your application is being made properly. Also, if your Australian student visa is refused once, you cannot apply for a student visa again. So, you need to make sure that your application is perfect at the first go. This is why students need Agents. And, Agents do not charge you anyway. The fees would be the same if you were applying all by yourself. So, stop blaming Agents for Australia's high tuition fees. Everything is expensive in Australia. This is one of the most expensive countries in the world, of not the most expensive. No country is perfect. Australia is much better than all other destinations you mentioned here. This video is misleading in every sense.
@@chayanka_kaushik Yes. A very qualified one with sufficient experiences. And the agent obviously pointed some of the very misleading things out in the video. Do you have counter arguments?

Hey, I really enjoy your videos; you're an excellent content creator. I'm seriously considering pursuing my Master's Degree in Finance in Adelaide, Australia. I've heard that studying in Adelaide can be a great opportunity to easily obtain Permanent Residency (PR). Do you suggest that I study English and work simultaneously, then try to get a VET course while I'm working, or should I aim to pursue a Master's degree right away? I just want to settle down there. I will complete my major in Finance by June, and I've been studying English for about two years. I would be immensely grateful if you could help clear up my doubts.
Hello Murad i really appreciate this video I wanted to ask you one thing If i want to do master's in accountancy and then CPA which country is best, regarding the fact that i want to settle in that country
i am planning for my masters degree but i don't know which country to do it. i don't have so much cash or funds. i was planning UK but it looks like UK is harder to get PR
I think your video is very misinformed. Not sure where you're getting most of your data from, but it is objectively incorrect. For example; you state that Australia is not a very friendly country for International Students and International Visas. This cannot be more wrong. When you look at the political views of Canada and the UK, those countries are far less friendly for international students. Furthermore, you state that the universities in Germany or Italy are better. It highly depends on the course you take. Universities in Australia are consistently ranked higher than universities in Germany and Italy and a degree from an Australian university has a greater chance of earning you a greater income. Speaking of income, you also spoke about the tax rates in Australia; they are relatively low for low income earners and higher for high income earners. It is misleading for you to state that taxes in Australia are generally high. These are just a few points which you made which I think are very misleading. Note: In the video, when it is stated that most people find jobs outside their field; he fails to mention the academic merit associated with finding a job. Just because someone gets admission at a university outside of India doesn't mean they will find a job there. Finding a job is highly dependent on your grades, and this is true for any country in the world. If you don't do well academically, of course you won't find a job, that's common sense. If you do well in University, I have full faith that you will find a job. Another thing to note: you will experience less racism in Australia than you will experience in most countries. It's a very international country, so citizens are used to seeing foreigners. However, when you look at countries such as the USA or the UK, not only are the governments racially motivated, but racism is also common amongst the citizens.

@@seth_everman thankyou for replying. Could you explain abit more about skill assessment? Why would PR get hard when i already am skillful in graphic design.. what kind of assessment could you please explain a bit good sir. Thankyou for your time.
@@itownboys yeah so first of all im just 17, you dont have to call me sir (my dp is not me😄). I have been planning to do my bachelors there, and changed plans because its too expensive and PR issues related to my course(game design) So skill assessment is a stage while applying for PR. You will submit them your documents of your degree, work experience etc. They will have this list of skills(Skilled Occupation List or SOL) and lots of jobs are not on the list like mine, but i think if there is some similar jobs, its fine but your points will be lower. So to get maximum points in this sector, you should have at least a bachelors degree, you should have at least 3 years experience. And the work experience you have MUST be related to the subject you have studied And also your job title should be similar to a skill on that list. So in conclusion, Your degree = your job = one of the skills in SOL So jobs or courses like he mentioned in this video, are not usually on the skills list so it is harder to get it assessed, so it is not easy for students on these field to get PR. I will rate it from kind of difficult to impossible(i know people who couldnt get jobs in their study field and moved to canada because they couldnt get it assessed) So choose wisely and good luck :)

If education counsellors end up being bad for us .....so do you suggest that we take information and help we need on the internet instead of those counsellors
I don't think so Because I have researched for master's in finance and we come out with an Australian certification which may make it difficult to find a job in india right out of college However if you have relevant work experience, the situation may change
Absolutely not, why pay Australian level fees (which some Australian borns are struggling with) and get Indian-level money, (let's say 3-4lakhs at the best per mo) which leaves you with 8k AUD. If you then SOMEHOW manage to pay 4k per month after taking a degree that probably coated you 80k, it will take you 20 months after all the best assumptions. Also, they end up ripping off International students anyway, so it'll take you 1.5-2.5times longer, also by taking the the cost of living which are off the roof, like 450AUD per WEEK, so that times four years leaves you with ~ 93,600AUD that you owe to you bank. Let's say this takes you like 30 months to pay off, oh well, we didn't factor in groceries and transportation methods, let's just say that takes you ~10k for the whole 4 yrs after being really cheap, so 2 1/2 months to pay off. Overall, you have 52 1/2 months to pay off everything after accustoming to the best Indian salary and the best amount of return-back to your bank. I'm not even going to bother mentioning the interest rates and taxes, and everything else. So, it's up to you to decide if fringing for 7 years even after the best return-back is worth it. It's a different story if you have a good scholarship or if you're sure you're gonna get too level connections, or even if you have close relatives here. I would not risk it.

@@itownboys yeah so first of all im just 17, you dont have to call me sir (my dp is not me😄). I have been planning to do my bachelors there, and changed plans because its too expensive and PR issues related to my course(game design)
So skill assessment is a stage while applying for PR.
So in conclusion,
Your degree = your job = one of the skills in SOL
So jobs or courses like he mentioned in this video, are not usually on the skills list so it is harder to get it assessed, so it is not easy for students on these field to get PR. I will rate it from kind of difficult to impossible(i know people who couldnt get jobs in their study field and moved to canada because they couldnt get it assessed)
So choose wisely and good luck :)
@@seth_everman thanks man for the good information. Thankyou alot and cheers to you on your future in game design as well.

Just wanted to know if HR is a good field she should venture in. How are the job opportunities in HR field. Can u let me know pls? thanks
Only try technology. HR is hard. Everyone wants a tall blonde well dressed mannered perfect Australian English speaking local university girl and not some strong accented ugly 5'2 pajeeti from Indore. Hard reality but true. Only IT work with less communication is for Indian.
MPA and marketing specialist would be a better career choice in Australia
Hi murrad
Which country do u suggest for a dentist who is trying to go abroad also any course that u recommend ??
Yes me too I'm a dentist too

Is it beneficial to do Masters in Finance in Australia n go back to India ??
I don't think so
Because I have researched for master's in finance and we come out with an Australian certification which may make it difficult to find a job in india right out of college
However if you have relevant work experience, the situation may change

I'm planning to start learning German in order to study in Germany, but what's bugging me is finding job post study. I've done my Physics honors from Delhi University, and am planning to do MBA. Help is much appreciated!
You are planning to go for Physics or MBA?
@@murradonrun I'd prefer MBA, but I'm okay with both. I was planning on trying my luck with cracking CAT, but then realised the fees for an IIM is already very high and also the chances of me getting into top 3 or top 5 IIMs is also very unlikely.
