Just a small correction with Public School fees. In Adelaide we do pay a minimum of 1000 + $ per annum per kid ( high school) and ( 600 +$) if in the primary school. In private the schoo lfees like as you said can go off the roof. Last but not lease there are catholic or christian schools were the fees can be bit more than the Public school and less than the private school. The housing and rental crises are are visible and getting a rental accomodation for PR or those coming on TR could be a challenge. Lately getting jobs is a challenge due to influx of PR's + TR's and those graduating and moving to TR category. Having said that some are able to get It jobs much faster provided they do have experiences and are able to quickly adapt and evolve to australian environment. Climate wise Australia is not that cold as compared to Canada or EU or North america, its mild Winter to spring and can get hot very dry heat in summer
Thanks for your kind comment bro. I have lived mostly in Qld and based it on Qld- will note the feedback. When I was single back in 2011,12,13 I was in Perth and Melbourne. Never lived in Adelaide so never knew that.
However, In Qld, it’s not like that bro. There is no set fees but there are uniform, books, equipment etc. So, technically speaking it’s not zero cost but still there is no fees as tuition fees.
I didn’t cover ambulance etc. in the video..In Qld- Ambulance is also free unlike most states in Aus.
Absolutely, the rental market is crazy and the housing market is insane! I only wish I knew this back when the median price was 350- 400k in major cities ! Anyway who has a crystal ball?
I totally agree with you regarding the weather . I have backpacked in Canada and the States back in 2014-15 so it’s definitely not for me.
In my world, even the southern states in Aus is colder lol.

Very common in major cities bro. In regional towns and places it’s not that common. Australia accepted a large number of refugees from the Middle East back in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Middle eastern food in sydney esp is fantastic and it’s all halal. Snakes - yes there are lots. However, statistically more Indians die of snake bite every year than Australians. So don’t worry. Anyone is welcome here 🙏

Hi bro, I did mine at Unimelb 13 years ago. Unimelb is a top uni. Perhaps one of the best in the entire world. It has become very competitive these days. Not sure of the current situation. Some tech courses at RMIT used to have a good reputation. Not sure now as I did mine ages ago. Overall Unimelb is the best in my opinion.

Secondly, for 500k I don’t think you can buy a house anymore in any capital cities unless it’s needs reno.

That visa for investors needs significantly high investment. From memory it’s in the millions 5+.
