    Make sure to use code STS10 for the titanium paddles specifically on the Honolulu Pickleball website. It’s my code specifically for their titanium lineup. You can use code STSPICKLEBALL for any other paddles in the space 😊 just wanted to share this so there is no confusion!

    I love my J2K it’s got that pop and spin even after 5 months of heavy use. Way more than my Ben Johns Hyperion which is now a back up/ loaner paddle. The 2nd gen Hyperion started losing its spin and control after about 3 months

    Im in a bit of a pickle already. I purchased a j2k a few months ago but wasnt crazy about the paddle as i felt i needed more pop. My paddle before was elongated and im a singles player so i went ahead and ordered the J7k Pro. Played really well with j7k pro. As time went on i purchased some tungsten tape and put a strip covering the complete top of my j2k. now im blowing people away with the j2k, however before a game i have a really tough time choosing which fricken paddle to use now.

    You were spot on with your Mach 2 Forza review and its been my daily driver for the past year. I went ahead and pre-ordered the J2ti with your code! My only concern is the -100 in the spin rating, but I am hoping the added pop and plushness will make up for it!

    Love the vids! I’m very curious about this but just upgraded from the Vatic Prism Flash to the Neonic Flow. I really want plush but want to slowly upgrade power. I’ve heard the J2TI has a “plusher” feel but how plush does it feel compared to my other two?

    • @stspickleball
      @stspickleball  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The j2ti has a relative plush feel but has more power, more pop, a larger sweet spot, and better spin. It’s a big upgrade in every way.

    Love the content! I just pre-ordered this paddle using your code, and I just had a few questions about the paddle itself. I was wondering if you have tested the J2Ti with any lead tape and how it feels? I also wanna know how to clean this paddle after every use since I've never bought a paddle with this material (I'm used to using an eraser for my carbon fiber paddles).

    • @stspickleball
      @stspickleball  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks for comment! :) I have just been gently using my paddle eraser and have had no issues. If you want something even less abrasive you can always use a lightly damp warm rag and just give it a couple wipes and then dry it off and you're good to go! I think it's solid stock so test it out and see what you think, but just about every paddle I use I will put either 2 3g precut strips at the 4 and 8 o'clock positions or I will put 2 5" strips of lead starting 1" out from the grip on either side and play with those two setups. If I really want to add power to say a wide body paddle I will use lead along the entire flat edge side of the paddle as well but it all comes down to personal preference overall :)

    Question. Is the surface feel more of a weave/flatter feel compared to how the shogun titanium surface feels? Or do they feel the exact same

    • @stspickleball
      @stspickleball  19 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      It’s not a flat smooth feel it’s a weave that has actual texture when you rub your finger over it. It’s very gritty!

      nice so it’s very similar to the shogun! Reason I asked is because i just received a temu hybrid body titanium paddle with exact dimensions to j2ti but the paddle face has a gloss to it and I just learned that it’s fiberglass sandwiched with carbon/titanium. currently rocking Neonic flow using your code! Debating between the Ripple R2 and this padddle! Seems like this paddle would be similar to the flow. And the R2 would be giving me something new to play with. Thoughts?

    • @stspickleball

      This paddle would be the flow with better spin and stability (twist weight and sweet spot) and a bit more power. The Ripple R2 has much more power and pop than both of these paddles. So if you are looking for a very power oriented paddle then wait for the ripple but if you want the best of all worlds the Ti is your answer :)
