I love when children are taught and learn to respect and care for animals! It is a wonderful gift to be able to teach them and will serve them well in life! 👍💕
This has made my heart melt….💖 what an amazing 🤩 environment for your son to grow up in…it looks amazing,,,🥰🥰 also my nickname at school was Moo Moo….😂😂 so that’s great…
I laughed as you perfectly described an emu. Others like to portray them as intelligent but no, there is a lot of vacant space in their brain box. "not the smartest", "very spookable" and "suddenly just jump in the air". The "herding" is not herding, just being annoying lol, like the way she annoyed the cat. I have only been around wild or farmed emus but I have heard that they make good pets if they are singles and their "mob" includes assorted species of an easy going nature like you have there. She appears to have a happy life with you.
Such a funny looking animal. The head looks way too small for the big body and the feet. If you just look at the feet, you can clearly see that birds are in fact just dinosaurs. So cool! 😍
As an Australian who grew up in the outback with emus as pets….. I don’t think you really understand these creatures beyond your own desire to own one. The one in your video is still a baby., She is not unintelligent as you suggest, it’s just that emus are not surrounded by water in their natural environment and therefore will not gravitate towards it as other animals you are accustomed to will. She needs lots of entertainment, just as a chicken needs lots of shiny things to entertain it. Our pet emus would steal our shuttlecock during games and also steal sausages off our bbq which would have us In hysterical laughter for hours. These are very intelligent birds who need plenty of stimulation. Without it, they can become (but not always) aggressive . Make sure your plains are wide and vast for her to explore.
Very good point that I hope everyone will read. This girl loves her stray cat rescue and I’d love to meet and snuggle an Emu- but aren’t they wild- or should be? Still love the video…but important what you said.
If you can’t pronounce Emu correctly, I fear you have not done the research needed to care for one correctly. They should not be pets. They are wild animals and deserve to live in a herd, in the wild.
@@Escherlife Yes I agree. Our two pet emus were babies we had rescued on our 300,000 acre property in outback NSW. We raised them and fed them but they had full range of the land with no gates/fences holding them. We did have a fence surrounding our little “garden”/backyard, but that was only to keep the bigger pets such as our kangaroos and sheep out. It didn’t stop the emus however from sticking their long necks over the fence and stealing sausages as they cooked on our bbq, lol. Then they would burb over the fence afterwards to let us know they enjoyed it. 😂
A BOY AND HIS EMU FRIEND!! JORDAN AND MOO THE EMU ARE THE DEFINITION OF CUDDLE BUDDIES!! MOO REMINDS ME OF THAT LIBERTY MUTUAL COMMERCIAL!! VERY CUTE!!
Yes adopt them! There is a reason why this MaMa cat came to you for help. She chose you and trusted you. They are beautiful cats! They should have a home and not be on the streets. Street life is hard especially with kittens. Some names Micky,Mia,Layla,Leo,Lilly,Lucy,Lady, Sandy, Bubbles,Buttercup, Carmel, Tang, Cookie, Oreo, Sugar, Sprinkles,Munchie,Lilibet,Princess,Cookie ❤️❤️❤️
There's no such thing as an E-moo. It's pronounced Eem-You. It's native to Australia. You won't find a single Australian who thinks they're called E-moos. Only Americans think they're called E-moos.
e-MYU! No offense, but the pronunciation hurts me as an Australian. Also: why? Why have you always wanted an emu as a pet? They're wild animals. While occasionally farmed, they're not domesticated. Not. Pets. Rescue and fostering, I could understand.
momma put live insurance on jordan, moo claws the boy velocirapor style when moo s a grown up in half a year. momma fina has the cash to travel to the provence oh and for the catmoms who are enraged by common sense, these "cute birds" get extremly teritorial when in their final form. there is a reason why the austrialians hat a literal war with these monsters you foos. they would eat your catkids without blinking.

Some say there is no stronger bond than the one held between a boy and his emu.
😂
@@quyenmorris6620Rod Hull was very bonded with his, they were inseparable
😁
Your children are going to have such a great life with parents like that.😊
It really is a blessing to be able to grow up with animals ❤
It really is!
Moo is lovely! ❤
Awwww...❤️
I must have been an Emu in a previous life because just like Moo, I spook easily and jump up in the air a lot. 😂
Thank you for loving animals and teaching your kids to love them.
Moo. The sweetest emu. Shes beautiful. Hugs sweet baby
Moo the Emu....perfect name.
Perfect sibling❤❤
This has made my heart melt….💖 what an amazing 🤩 environment for your son to grow up in…it looks amazing,,,🥰🥰 also my nickname at school was Moo Moo….😂😂 so that’s great…
I loved this video very much then.
lovely
Their bond is precious! So sweet 🥰💞
Wow! Them Moo moo ❤
Hearing Americans say 'emu' always cracks me up. We, Aussies, say 'e-mew' but you guys say 'e-moo'. So adorable 😆
Crycky!- from Colorado ❤
Emeow
Most Americans understand that there is a "u" at the end and not a "o".
An " o" would not make any difference. It's said the same way we pronounce the " u" in the word " music". We don't say " moosic".
Haha i was thinking the same thing!
I’ve never seen anything like this before! I’m so happy for you and your family! Especially your children! Good luck 🍀 Moo! ☺️💕🙏💗
This is so beautiful ! I've never seen one so docile and cuddly! She's very special
Sounds like she was hand reared. That’s why.
ADORABLE ❤
She's a beautiful lady.❤
Moo the Emu ❤ ADORABLE
Emu's are special.
aaaaw. 💘
Just Beautiful😊
Awwww....ty ❤
❤❤❤
Totally adorable.
I would like Moo-Moo and her family to adopt me, please.

They're smart enough to win a war against humans. ;)
As an Aussie, I just struggled with how they say Emu 😂

Awwwwww
Now I want an emu 😏
Charming, as always🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡💙💙💙💙💙💙❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yep. Adorable, as always.
In Australia we have heaps of people who have Bald Eagles for pets. They take them to the beach to chase the seagulls

A boy and his dinosaur 🦕 💙
Too cute!❤❤❤
In Australia we pronounce it eeemyou not eemoo😆
That boy's got a future in insurance sales.
Cute
In the words of Ozzyman, “Gary, Gary, Gary, the baaaaby emu!!!!”
Until Australia defeats the Emus, American will continue to say Emu like that.
The Emu...the only animal with a confirmed win over Homosapiens. We literally lost a war to these birds, lol.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
💗💓 💞💕 ❤ 🧡💛💙💜💚🤎 🖤
The origin story of LiMu Emu and Doug 🥲
🤣🤣🤣
thats a big chicken man
E ver un Emu e pensar en Emmanuel 🤷🏼♀
EMOO? it's an Emu
Are Emus solitary animals by nature? Quite sure they're not, so although very cute, it could potentially be really lonely...
And hopefully their love and Respekt for animals is deep and true enough to be vegan❤
Pet emu?🤔
They can be very agressive in certain circumstances and they are very strong
I wish she could say “emu” properly
So happy Moo is not Karen! (#IYKYK)
They are pronounced Eam-You….not Eam-moo.
Why are Australian native animals being used as pets in another country when it is not allowed in Australia
It is pronounced E MEW. NOT E MOO!!!!!!!
There's no such thing as an E-moo. It's pronounced Eem-You. It's native to Australia. You won't find a single Australian who thinks they're called E-moos. Only Americans think they're called E-moos.
I would rather die than eat any animal, how do people do it? I can not imagine. I am not for this world.
e-MYU! No offense, but the pronunciation hurts me as an Australian. Also: why? Why have you always wanted an emu as a pet? They're wild animals. While occasionally farmed, they're not domesticated. Not. Pets. Rescue and fostering, I could understand.

Oh god its called Moo because you don't know how to pronounce Emu (E-m-U) haha.
No offence intended but if you love emus so much, how about saying it properly? It's pronounced eem-you.
She always wanted an emu and doesn’t even pronounce emu correctly 🤦🏻♂️
Emu's are LGBTQ Velociraptors
