Right? For someone who's watched as many Alexander technique videos as I have, this should have popped both for me and for a LOT of other people MUCH sooner. This should be just as big in the ASMR community as Diana, Sandwich breath, Putapitapaper, or Navy suit for war IMO.

HOW is this at only 39k views at 2 years? HOW am I only now seeing this for the first time? I tend to run ASMR videos nightly as I go to bed for my insomnia... I usually go through a few before I manage to nod off. Diana's will be one of them every now and then. I've been using this one for the last few days and haven't been awake at the end even once.

which focuses on Patrick McDonald, one of F. M. Alexander's earliest pupils and original teaching proteges. It identifies the teacher here as one Shoshona Kamonitz. Her accent sounds French to me, but Belgian would work as well.
