Thanks. Apki video bahit achi hai. I m from mumbai India.k1 fiance visa, filing date May 2020.interviewed on 27 aug 2021. Mujhe 221g mila.petitioner ke devorce papers complete nahi the. Aur wo paper us se aane me 2 months,lage. Submit kardiye dec 2021 mein. Status,Ready (your cadr ready fir interview. Wait for yor interview date). Ye poichna hai ke itna time kion lagta hai kiya USA se phir se enquiry ki wajah se lagta hai already 2 sal ho chuke hain ab ye kita 1-6 month kaha jata hai. Kion der lagti hai pl vatayen.
My wife & I were interviewed recently for IR-5 Visa category in Islamabad. My wife's visa was approved, but I was given from 221-G to submit some information and give my passport. What does it mean, will they approve my visa after getting the required information or reject it? Kindly let me know about your experience. Thanks

Aoa... sir main my oman embassy say apply kia tha tourist visa 2 saal pehly or white slip k sath refused kr dia tha or mera case 221g main dal dia 2 saal wait krny k baad mujy umeed khatam ho gye the or achanak un k mail aya that your non immigraant visa ready to be issued please drop your passport in drop box and i did drop my passport on 5th april or second day mera status refused say administrative process main ho gaya now its been 12 days I’m waiting no response or koi status bhi change nhi ho raha any idea about my case
If it's changed to Administrative Processing then hopefully within couple of days you will get your visa, please do check again if they need anything else to be submitted

Mera interview 24 Sep 2019 me hoa tha or 10 October ko me ne docoment sumbit ker diya tha 6 month tak administrator processing me raha phir Refused me chala giya or abhi tak refuse hi he DS 260 form fill ker diya dobara se to kiya hume dobara interview dena jo ga ya wahin se kam start ho ga jahan se ruka tha
Aap Ka DS-260 resubmit ho gaya hai ab apko remedical or passport pictures upload karny Ka bolen gy us k bad biometric or reoath k liye bulayen gy. Then visa issue hoga

G mera travel tha uk mai 2012 ma ma na pcc certificate sath lagaya ha uk ka kaya yeh mera case ap ma ja sakta ha ma na pehlay hi pcc laga diya ha
PCC lagana achi baat hai lekin PCC lagana koi guarantee nahi hai k apka case AP main nahi jaye ga, bohat sari cheezen matter karti hain but hope for the best and this is good k aap ne khud ko clear rakhty hue wahan ka PCC lagaya

I had my interview on 27 May 2022 for F1 visa and the officer told me that my visa is approved and took my passport and gave me the Blue informative slip tat said interview is over and your visa is approved, but now when I check my status is also says REFUSED and I also got an email saying its refused under 221g and they asked some question regarding my work history, travels, siblings, phone number and email address and I replied and sent them all but I have not heard back anything, anyone know or have any idea what is happening?

Yes Ir-1 is always a priority, but limited resumption means they will schedule the interviews according to the SOP's to avoid covid

I applied for F1 visa with my 2 dependents (F2 Visa) on 7 Dec, 2019 and on the same day they requested some documents that I sent them on 10th of Dec. After that, its in Adminstative processing and last update is the day on interview. At interview, VO has handed me green slips of visa approved and retained my all passports. I am very confused about that. I was on scholarship, so to secure that I have to take online classes and my semester is going to end but situation is same. I am a PHD student of Sustainable Energy Systems Engineering.

hi can someone help the visa officer told me end my interview that your application he's been approved but he gave me 221g also and returned my passport he said we need some further information no-doc required

I checked the pak us embassy website they changed thier text, which reflects they have resumed limited immigrant and nonimmigrant visa interviews. What that means? Plz clerify?
It means now after the cancellation of travel ban they have resumed limited working on Immigrants visa, and I think their first priority is to clear all AdministrativeProcessing cases and then they will go for scheduling interviews for those who are waiting from a long after DQ.
