    As a former youth coach/mentor and team leader of a group of information technology personnel, I absolutely agree with the notion of supportive autonomy. It's an often overlooked characteristic of high performing teams. Great talk and delivery Diondra!

    Diondra, thank you for sharing your wisdom. I found the paint night analogy really interesting. The norms and culture of an organization are important. Every time there was a change in upper management, I felt a change in my work environment. Environment does make a difference.
