The Gaming Vader 3 sap, 3 congealed gas balls, 5(I think) of every type of mushroom (including the vanilla rare mushroom) , water, its crafted in a cooking pot (takes a minute or so to craft)
I don't think karkinos take radiation damage, so maybe use that?

Top part i have no problem with but further down i get lost every time
i dont pla on it, but i plan to do so just for the basilisk, form what i saw its super confusng, idk what psyco took his time to desigh such a thing
I recommend taking high level spino there faster stronger and most importantly more health basically there is a path where it will lead all the way down until you almost reach the end where you need to glide down then just pop out you’re spino from you’re crypod kill every rock drake note use climbing pick to get eggs then when you return climb with you’re pick I recommend making a lot of them like 3 but I take 5 just in case once you’re up pop you’re spino out and get out of there as fast as you can note you’re spino might have cryo sickness so bring another spino lol and remember when you are collecting eggs for the first time it doesn’t matter the level just get one so next time you can just be invisible and then collect high level hope this helped.

I found a way all the way down to the rock drake nest basically there is a road that will lead you down that way you won’t need to worry about cryo sickness just follow the path and then use the same path to go back up hope you bring a good spino cause it’s going to be a bloodbath don’t forget you’re glow pets

Tip: The best way is to take at least 3 crabs with 25k+ health and melee over 300 (basically a 130+ tame with some levels) and follow the path in the video or take shortcuts and start from one end of the trench at the bottom and just kill every one u see then take an egg (level doesn't matter) and kill all the drakes that come but make sure you're not in the nest cuz the crab will die if it's trapped in a nest then walk back the way u came . That's it. BUT BRING 2 HAZMAT SUITS PER PERSON!!!
Bright -Skin You can do the same with spinos, but yeah this is the best strategy.

For all people saying this is "inaccurate" it really does not matter if his stats are boosted because you SHOULD know that rockdrakes are pretty powerful, and that about 5-6k hp on a ravager is good to go down there with. You can also make the mushroom soup that protects your dinos from the radiation which is very handy. If you didnt know that there is no reason to say that the levels on the ravager is inaccurate. I guess you cannot get that much hp or whatever on the ravager, but this video helped me so much. I can NEVER find my way around this map because theres so many ways to go and I dont know how anyone does it. Atleast he shows you where the rockdrakes are and how to get them and that is what matters most :)

heres a tip, dont use this guys strat. theres a far easier way to get there that doesnt involve the potential of running into a reaper, and you can use a spino or megalosaurus because they are immune to radiation. this guy is literally giving one of the worst ways to get rock drake eggs. the "halfway point" he talks about is literally where you should begin the descent. also, to avoid the Seekers, turn off your light pet. if nameless spawn, turn on the pet and kill them. if you START where he says the halfway point is, you should run into VERY FEW nameless if any. also, dont use ziplines. just get apprentice or better climbing picks, or bring like, 8-10 primitive ones, just in case. now that there are cryopods, the strat that i use is so much simpler. you could still have used my strat even without cryos tho. this guy is clearly playing on single player using spawn commands, or a very highly boosted server and isnt being forthcoming with that information. i very VERY rarely dislike videos, but you sir, you have earned that dislike.

I just got my drake egg yesterday by your method. I used two 100 lv megas mate boost to do that. It works withought any of them dying, but you just need to heal them on the way

Best method is the one I used. It takes time to put together, but it's far more powerful for a single player. The Karkinos can traverse the entire Rock Drake nest zone with ease, & they can take on a multitude of Rock Drakes at once. Get 2 mate boosted Karkinos 150 tames if possible, but not necessary. Then get 2 mate boosted Carno's, again max level if possible. Then pick up the 2 carno's with the Karkinos you're riding, & head down to the Rock Drake nests. Carno's are there in case the Rock Drakes run underneath your Karkinos & cause it to float defenseless in the air. Just drop the Carno's if this happens and they will destroy the Rock drakes. Obviously bring plenty of extra gear and decent saddles. Both Karkinos and Carno's are immune to radiation. Happy Hunting & Have Fun!
Good luck trying this on a vanilla server. Even if u manage to go down to the trench somehow, the moment u take the egg is probably the moment u die because 10-20 wild drakes glide in and kick ur ass. And with a vanilla ravager it takes ages to kill a drake that is above lvl 60

The problem is, that i am a masochist, i tried this at my singleplayer server with my settings.
4x amount of dinos, 250 max level, etc etc
Even the imprinting stat has been increased to 3.0 from 1.0, wich makes 100% imprint give 60% stat instead of 20% I just couldn't do it XD
There were a METRIC ton of Rock Drakes, all of them above 120 XDDDDD
The combined dps of radi and 5-6 Drakes at a time were a lot for my ravagers lol
I laughed a lot tho, managed to die and loose 2 of my best ravagers, but i know everything i need about the eggs.

The issues people have with the Ravager level can be helped a little by using the mushroom soup to protect the mount. You need at least a dozen if you do not waste any time.
I keep seeing people say how the drake levels are low , his revenge stats are impossible, and other inconsistencies...... but remember he is not in official, and also like someone else said he is just "showing how to do it."

Rock Drake's spawn at least (nearly all the time) 90+(from what I know) and you found a rock drake lvl 6.

Great video however Your Stats are so boosted its not really accurate. No way on a normal server you can get 10k hp 180 Move speed and 797 Mele try this without boosted stats and see what happens These stats seem very high for an imprinted raveger

I sacrificed 2 raptors and 2 monkeys for a 145 egg but I never made it out, I also didnt have a hazmat suit, I died about 9 times and lost some really good dinos and my favourite raptor :( I think it died, One monkey fell in the purple goo at the jump and my other raptor, well it was my favourite but I jumped up to get on a rock to climb the hill where my body was but i died. there was like 10 drakes on me and quite a few nameless. my poor raptor Rachel :( I still dont know if she died but im asauming so,She "died" today about 5 ish hours ago,Tommorrow im.gonna make a hazmat suit and save my raptor if shes still alive...and get a egg anyways you didnt need to know my bad experience sorry lol

There were like no Drakes at all compared to our server.
Its full on ours, you grab an egg and get swarmed in an instant.
We couldnt have walked back the zipline on the ravager, not even close.

I tamed a few high lvl (like 135) and none went above 4k starter health and 300 melee. How much did you level it?
6% melee increase per level or so would mean over 60 levels in melee alone.
yeah that dog isnt normal lol. our 145s (official hc) have like 2500hp and 230% dmg (with cooked lamb & 2x taming) before leveling... cant rly get 10k hp and 700% dmg loool. xiit. ;D

The devs at wildcard need to implement a patch where there is a chance that certain dinos can be born with dwarfism and allows them to be mounted on your shoulder and stays in it's baby stage even in adulthood.

Realistically... you would need a male and female Ravagers official vanilla. My best non-bred Ravager lvl 292 - 7800hp/Stam1540/501melee/moveSp140% (base=135%)... I would not chance getting a Drake egg with that one Ravager alone. I may be able to do it but one mistake and we both would be toast. A M & F however, both with those same stats above I would feel much more comfortable with. Hell I take 4 high damage megalo's down there for elly and Black Pearls and I'm a anxious wreck, 1 vanilla Ravager, I'm not that insane.
Hey tip instead of using ac units use dimetrodons as they are just living ac units but make shure to upgrade thier melee

well by looking at the level of all the drakes he faced in the video i´m pretty sure the difficulty setting is pretty damn low on his server and he just spawned a strong ravanger so it can kill everything very easy and he can write in the titel "EASY ROCK DRAKE EGG STEALING!"
this. ive got an unofficial server with max lvl dinos up to 180. i got a 168 ravager perfect tamed he is almost lvl 300 by now, and has NO WHERE NEAR this ravagers stats he uses. so he must have cheated it in and have higher amount of stats per level. there is no other way else.
While that is true a bred and imprinted ravager can kill a mid lvl rock drake without any issues. But with ~200% speed you can outrun the drakes anyways and don't really have to give a shit, just gotta be careful that they dont break your ziplines or that you dont get stuck in anything.
His Ravager has so much Health and Damage because he's playing with Singleplayer Settings turned on.
its a bred tame look at the imprint and yes its unofficial so its pretty easy so us official guys will have a slightly harder time so probably recommend either 2 150tames or 2 bred 150s
Follow that path with a megalo with 10k health, and 300 damage that is the way i found my first rock drake and bring a loot of meat to restore the health of your dino

Is there some incredible pressure for youtubers to race out this kind of content tutorial content even if using unrealistic means? I don’t get why everyone releases these tutorials with rediculous blueprinted gear and unobtainable statted Dino’s. I cannot find a single TH-cam video where a regular statted Dino (or multiple) are used to get these eggs. I’m several generations in on my lvl 240-ish ravagers and nothing close to these stats. I mean the pathing and strategy here works, but your one ravager could solo my entire base. Nobody is going to have these kinds of Dino’s. I’d love if you could make something more realistic to what a normal player would experience.
lifewater a lot of people usually play on unofficial servers nowadays. These items and stats are easily obtainable there. From what I hear, for the most part official have been dead for a loooooong time.
Thanks for the response @harmlessidea, I thought this was lost in obscurity along with a purposeful ignore from the content creator :P That's unfortunate about official, but i understand given the time constraints and all, and the need to want to play things your own way. Either way id appreciate if content creators would have a full disclosure as to what their server settings are like and a bit of a breakdown on whats realistic. Or even better, just spawn in a regular statted dino, and regular gear, and try the same strategy. If i tried this on my server I would of list everything I went down there with and likely been unable to get it back. I understand thats not a big deal on a server like this, in 15 minutes your back and ready to go, but on more vanilla server, this is a big loss. I wish that would be taken into consideration before rushing these videos out the door.
I doubt anyones interested, but I was able to successfully do this on official settings ( for dinos at least ), with 3 bred spinos around level 300 (3rd of 4th generation), with mate bonus and two other friends. We couldn't get the ziplines working, unsure if it was bad positioning or it was removed. So we had to climb down with about 10 picks there and get the first egg. It took a few deaths and rescue missions but we got it. We each went down with 4 suits. If the run is planned correctly and you can make it down without issues, and without getting lost.... you should only need 2 suits max, but always prepare for the worst.
I got similar lvl Ravager and it has nowhere near the same stats

Whats the point of having mushrooms down there if you need a hazmat suit to survive down there? Hazmat suit gives immunity to spores. Ppl still say to watch out for spores in green and blue biome even while wearing hazmat suits lol. Im confused

I don't understand why you would make a video like this without a HUGE disclaimer that almost everything you've said does NOT apply for official servers. Firstly, your dog does not exist on official. Never going to happen. Secondly, even your fantasy dog would be dead from radiation LONG before you got to the bottom. Thirdly. The drakes you've shown are nothing like those on official servers. I just did a trip down this afternoon, and almost all I encountered were 150+. Your dog would be dead after 2-3 drakes. So basically, people on official servers are going to watch your video, spend days preparing their tames and mats and head down there thinking their all good, and immediately lose everything, all because you wanted to make a fun-to-watch video instead of one based in reality.
I dont play official anymore because its not as fun imo so idk about this but would a fully imprinted ravager be near or as good as this?
I have a 75% imprinted Ravager from a 150 mom and 130 dad, it started off with 101 damage per hit. This one deals 259, and they usually get 1 damage per level up. So no, without any help, you will not get a bulky Ravager like this, unless you breed until you get all mutations on damage or health or something like that.
This is definitely not gonna work unless you go in a party. Also the radiation will rape your Ravager down there, so you need the brew.
No imprinting is going to get you anything even remotely close to that ravager. It had 10k health and almost 800 melee. Most tamed ravagers have 2k to 4k health about 200-300 melee. With massive levelling you might get a very good wild dog to 8k health and 400 melee, if you're very, very lucky.
Full mutations might! (I do not actually think getting 259 damage per bite and 10k hp is doable without an absurd amount of right stats)
Despite the unusual stats of the Ravager, the video still contains great information. Just that killing the drakes will not be as simple as shown, the radiation can be countered with shroomstew or brew, one of those.
The best video out there imho, the ziplines will allow to use a Ravager properly.
Imprinting is only boosting stats by 20% by default, another 30% to damage and damage reduction, still, 259 damage seems really high.
I do not want to go slanter this video, it still has alot of value if you ask me.

Doable (managed it myself) but hard and sort of up to luck. You will probably need multipel tries. The first will server to scatter the dragons a little bit further away from the nests.
I did it, though I wouldn't recommend it. I managed to grab 2 eggs and climb out using about 15 climbing picks. I stuck to cracks in the wall and zip lining when necessary. Repel lines could help, but I didn't use them.
i did it on foot with a gilder suit and a climbing pick and an assault rifle at 5:48 you can use a glider and be in and out of there

Hey, how isn’t the Ravager dying from radiation? I know there’s the mushroom brew, but.. it doesn’t show he’s using it, and he doesn’t have to keep using it. It just seems the Ravager is immune. Please can someone tell me how?

there are 2 tipes of red mushroom, the round one and the triangle (bad mushroom)
The best Dino to take down is a megalosaurus. Find 2 high lvl megalo. Breed them. There is a spot where u dont have to go down into the ravine. There is a spot where u climb up. So u just jump down to you’re megalo and take off. The spot is right by the entrance. This guys video it a one way ticket to death.

I personally recomment taking at least one or two megalasours and a karkinos cuz if you dont see them before taking the egg you are gonna get ganged so bad
I’m on ps4 and it’s like my ravenger is afraid of the zip lines he will not go up is there a way to make him grip on I mean he will but most times just jump thru it
I know this is late, but for your ravager to attach to zip lines the crosshair must appear on your screen, press x once and you can get on it
Best tutorial by far, but it still wasnt that realistic, since you did magically heal your ravager in one of the cuts when you were by the crevice, and you had a perfect ravager on a 5x difficulty server, but were playing on a 1x difficulty server so it made it incredibly easy to fight everything. Conceptually still really good, but its not that easy :P
Why in gods name would you play on difficulty 1 D:. but the stats would scale the same since the wild dinos would also be much weaker :D Bring like 3 ravagers with you and it should be bad at all.
Did Wildcard patch what you can and can not hook a zipline too after this video went live? Because I can't connect to either spot he connected his ziplines too.

How on earth did you get a ravager to 10k health and 700 melee? the most Ive gotten from a 150 tame is 400 melee and 4.2k health

This was working then came a lvl 190 rock drake that rocked my boat
LOOOOOL around 6:30 when he figures out u can't build in the actual area, the radiation damage on his ravager goes down to 400, and it's health is full
Also if u jump down the element water fall that starts in the blue area u can skip half the red zone.

Grab low level eggs on your first run. Less Drakes attack on lvl 50 eggs. If you grab any over lvl 100 you'll get around 15-20 drakes on you.
Twitch Vapes what is the highest level egg you can get on Xbox on max difficulty. I am by myself on the hardest and I do have a rock Drake that hatch at 170
On official servers at 5.0 difficulty normal wild dinos go up to max 150, rock drakes and wyverns can be max. lvl 190 eggs.
