the dark knight fight was so good i loved that batman after getting his ass beat got back up and used his head to win instead of getting baited like last time
I like the point you made about how Spartan combat would end up looking like the MCU's portrayal of Captain America. Basically everything he does in Winter Soldier is the epitome of how to best weaponize a superhuman condition. The way he'll just adapt his running momentum towards striking makes every hit look like it would send a man flying... which they do. Cap is an underrated character, honestly.
Whenever the mcu shows them moving in comparison to vehicles it's awesome. Plus I think the Forward Unto Dawn short film actually got the Spartans right.
Yo Arby random question but I'm actually wondering are you aware of any fiction fighters that prioritize a defensive fighting style, for example, like Obi Wan Kenobi? its all good if you don't know that many, I've honestly found little to nothing of characters fitting this description. So If you do know any. Could you give me a list? Thanks!
Jedi as a whole are probably are your best bet cause the Force gives them some level of future sight. Obi-Wan or maybe EU Luke. Kuroki Gensai from Kengan Ashura is one, he uses pre-emption/interception. Other than those guys surprisingly I haven't seen too many.
Good catch. I didn't include Kudo because CQC doesn't have attached striking. I was just basing stuff off of what I saw in the games/movies I talked about.

For spartan movement check Machinima's Red & Blue when Monty Oum did the action direction
The Meta fight in the snow is one of my favorites
@@arby6097 RIP Monty

I'm not sure how Mike Tyson's punch out didn't make it here, HUGE oversight. Glass Joe is one of the best fighters in all of fiction
All of them great fighters and great inspirations for me too!!
glad you enjoyed!
