I followed your video to replace my drive belt.. thank you!! I found it a little easier to get the belt over the fan blades by taking the belt off the front pulley and resting it in-between the pulley and the deck pulley..
Thanks for the video, sir. I have a GT54LS, and this video did the trick. My tractor has a nut on top of the fan, directly under the gas can, which made slipping the belt behind the fan a little tricky, but everything else is exactly the same. Appreciate it.
Thanks.. I needed to remove the 4 bolts holding the seat in place to get it over the fan. My Craftsman was slightly different but you were a great help. I couldn't have done this without you.
Good video, however; you do not need to remove the deck to replace a belt, only the two plastic guards on the sides need to be taken off. Just did it last week. 10 minute job.
My issue is when using my mower for the first 30 min of so the drive belt slips off track and won't move. So I'm wondering if I need to replace the belt or if there's another issue
Anyone know the length of the belt...i can only find replacement at tractor supply...??great video... very helpful... I bought a 87 in an it was to small...??
I have Husqvarna ST 138 2015 model. when I push the forward pedal, the mower moves in reverse, the reverse when I push down is okay, but the forward goes in reverse too..? It has me beat what the problem is
U have the belt ran wrong then. Ive heard other people speak of this too and usually they have the belt ran through all the pulleys wrong causing the rotation of the rear end to be backward
@bubbyhardy6135 Okay, thanks, I purchased the mower in this condition. Maybe the guy who owned the mower before me put the belt on wrong. Thanks again 👍

Getting that little clutch anti spin bar back in is a bit tricky . Any suggestions??
@paullongaker8850 worst part of the job...keep working on it.

Glad it helped!
This helped me to a Craftsman MTS 3000, Nicely Done.
Cool!
Great video. It got me past a tough spot with my YTH24K48.
Love to hear it!
Engaging the e brake will make it easier for belt replacement. Will make the tension loose
Good call!

great video thank you for making this video
Glad you liked it!
So what's the size on the new belt?
130969 is the number. I am not sure of the actual length.
Thanks! Where did you get it? Lowes does not have one in stock
@@Adanavila1986 Search the number on Ebay.
Epic, thank you for your time. 💯🔥
I'm glad you got something out of it.

Check the belt guides & make sure they are in place.

He said 92 inches I believe but it was a tad big
Would you happen to know the name of the bar or a part number for the bar that holds the clutching place?
Having the same problem with my lgt2654 Husqvarna. All pulleys are new, yet the drive belt keeps stretching. New belts are oem.

I find it way easier to drop the PTO clutch you need an impact to take the bolt off
Yes, that is an option.
