Do you mind getting a solicitation and use the your 5 step process using Claude AI to write a winning proposal please? I have tried it using your provided prompts but never works out as stated in the video you made. Kindly do a step by step using open bid solicitation please?
My company does floors for example I walked into the courthouse and I seen a floor that needs to be done. So could that be a place? or maybe the post office? Please do a video and breakdown with a list of places. Thank you so much!!
When speaking on Micro Niche contracts 10,000.00 and SAP contract $250,000.00 and below; you said that we can approach a office, company, business, organization, or agencies, that's ran by the federal government and ask to do a job or work that needs to be done and the approval for doing the work can be made by the Owner, Manager, Supervisor, or whoever is in charge. Can you give us the particular list of offices, agencies, or companies names, so we can approach them? Thanks!
For sole source and RFI response do I include the budget within the main PDF or in separate document? I sent an email to office of small business and no response on their preference yet. What is standard protocol on sources sought response for budget?
I submitted it a couple of sol's 2 weeks ago but I'm unsure when they'll award the contract, How long do you think it usually takes? Also, I'm bidding on a multi-million dollar contract as a new company with no experience do you have any advice?
The length of time to award really depends on the solicitation: for small jobs it could be fast; for the largest government contracts it can take a year or more. As for your second question, if you're bidding on a large contract and have no experience, I recommend teaming with a company that has experience.
@@FedAccess Thanks for your advice I appreciate it. It's in a foreign country, So do you have any advice or insight on that? Also have you done any foreign contracts before if so please give your advice. Thank you so much for your advice and amazing videos!
I'm sorry to hear that! SCORE is an organization of volunteers so maybe your request fell through the cracks. I would contact them again. Also, contact your local SBDC as well as your local APEX Accelerator. Which of these organizations is strongest varies from city to city. It may be that in your city, SBDC will be your best bet. Good luck!
