What if that Bluetooth info is not popping up? Says its succesfull connecting to AudioKey2, but Spotify or Bluetooth are not seeing my Audiostream- iphone 13 promax with ios 16
Hi there, thank you for your question. Try and should make sure that Bluetooth is off on any other device to make sure that you audio processor can connect to the mobile device you're currently using.

My Widex Moment hearing aid was already linked to my iPhone. I tried the suggested steps, but could not replace the hearing aid with the Audiostream, Help, please.

So does the audio link battery cover have to Be used with disposable batteries in order to stream?
Hello there, thank you for your question. If you're using AudioStream cover, you can use either disposable or rechargeable batteries, as instructed here: www.medel.com/support/product-support/accessories/audiostream/audiostream_assembling.
If you're using AudioLink instead, the same applies: both types of batteries are fine to use.

Hello Jacob, AudioStream is an additional cover for your device and can be used for both SONNET and SONNET 2. To set it up for the first time, you're going to need to download the AudioKey 2 app on your phone.
