Crazy how 5 down the Dodgers didn't give up, kept putting on the pressure on the Yanks to make plays and they couldn't like the scouting report said so.
You way over analyze the Aaron Judge drop with meaningless numbers. He simply took his eye off the ball at the last split second because he was thinking more about the base runner.
What a load of “crap” ......Judge just took his off the ball, Volpe just made a poor throw to third, and Cole forgot to cover first base.......You have waaaaaaaay too much free time on your hands…
ARE YOU FOR REAL? YOU JUST HAVE TO KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE BALL AND SECURE THE OUT! ANYTHING AFTER THE OUT WOULD NOT BE TALKED ABOUT. VOLPE JUST HAD TO THROW TO THE BASE MANS HEAD SINCE IT WAS A FORCE OUT. YOU PRACTICE THAT IN SPRING TRAINING!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR OPINION AND POINT OF VIEW. BLESSINGS.
My brain rn 🤯 Its easy to say its routine. But thats why these guys are professionals. Anyone can get eaten up by pressure of the world series. Thats why its only for the best of the best. GREAT break down. Yankees still suck 😂
No Judge just took his eye off the ball that’s plain and simple he was more worried about the base runner that catching the fly ball. You must secure the fly ball first then worry about the runner. I believe you’re over thinking it a little bit.
Lots of unnecessary BS analysis on Judge (took a peek at first base runner) and Volpe (poor throw, probably didn't have a good grip on ball) but Cole is a different matter. Look at highlights of Game 5 and you'll see Betts hitting almost the exact same cue shot up along first in the first inning. Cole starts over, then points at Rizzo, who was in position to make the play unassisted. But in the 5th inning, Cole thinks it's a repeat of the first inning and stops running to first, pointing at Rizzo, who now was deeper and needed to be careful fielding a spinning cap shot. No doubt the stress of the inning was playing tricks with Cole's brain, but there's no excuse for not covering the bag and if he had, the inning would have been over with no runs scored.
Agreed , all that scientific data can be explained as he took the eye off the ball..done and Volpe's throw , wrong side..Kiki blocked vision as a great baserunner would do, done Mookie outran all the sleeping heads, simple, done and Cole was simply celebrating before the play was done... fyi, baseball always finds you...if your lazy, too inattentive, baseball always finds you
All this mathematical scientific analysis is just B.S. -- My nine year old son could have caught that ball Judge dropped. Stop making excuses for sloppy playing, because MLB fielders successfully handle those kinds of plays in every game! The truth is, Judge and the shortstop got World Series nerves and blew it! Which flustered Gerritt Cole and caused him to blow it, too.
@@SluggerSociety Yeah, but the pressure was all in their own heads. If they were more mature, they would've played like it was just another ballgame. I'm sure that's how Freddy Freeman and Mookie Betts looked at it. The Yankees should've done yoga before the game to clear all the crap out of their heads.
OK guys....let's move along. You'll are analysing this to death. The Dodgers beat the Yankees in five games. That's because this year they had the better team and coaching. Let it go.

Yes Dodgers played like champs the whole time.

You’re definitely right. Thanks for your comment Bob!
@@SluggerSociety Thank you.
I don’t think they over analyzed it. All they did was explain the science of why he took his eye off the ball, and how that split decision cost him 🤔
seriously. He made it sound like it would have been a miracle if Judge caught it. It was a routine fly ball for chrissakes.
@@johnjamele if it’s not a World Series game he catches it 100/100

@MrDuran9000 lol you are right. Blessing to you too.
If this inning never happened, the Yanks woulda been World Champs!
Good to know pressure still kills 😂

Thanks for your comment. Not BS analysis, it’s the science of what happened. Played should have definitely been made.
This should have been one of the greatest world series ever! But neither Judge or Ohtani did diddly-squat.
100% agree!
This was 🔥 postseason pressure ain’t got everybody
Judge is sooo over rated. A liability on defense. DH only
Don’t think he’s that bad.
That's one HECK OF a DH!!
Later the Cole error...
DODGERS!!!!!!!!
Congrats! To the Dodgers!

Definitely moving on but it was such a historic choke 🤣. You’re right Dodgers were the better team.
this year the dodgers are the better team.

Yanks need a joint session with minor leaguers next spring.
But again, it's always good to see any New York team lose.

What utter nonsense
