भाई जी धन्यवाद ये रेसिपी share करने के लिए। मैंने street food में कई बार खाई थी। लेकिन अब हम बाहर का कुछ नही खाते इसलिए ऐसी खिचड़ी खाने के लिए मन ललचाता रहता था। street फ़ूड वाले से मैंने पूछा कि भाई कैसे बनाते हो लेकिन उसने पूरा पूरा नही बताया। लेकिन वहाँ जब मैं खाता था तो उसकी process observe करता था। उसी basis पर मैंने घर पर बनाई थी ये लेकिन उसमें मैंने साबूदाने को oil से coat किया था और उस को एक चलनी में रखकर स्टीम किया था। बाद में उसमे तड़का मारा था।😊😊 आज आपकी रेसिपी देखने के बाद,मैंने फिर बनाई लेकिन थोड़े changes के साथ साबूदाना भिगाने के बाद उसमे दाने का दरदरा चूरा, नमक, लाल मिर्ची पाउडर,पिसी शकर डालकर मिला ले। घी गरम करो,जीरा डालो,हरि मिर्च डालो।इस तड़के को साबूदाने में मिक्स कर ले। उबले आलू हाथ से mesh करके डाल दे। अच्छे से मिक्स करो। फिर निम्बू का रस डाल कर फिर मिक्स करो। इस पूरे मिक्स को एक पतीले में transfer कर लो। इडली का कुकर या कोई बड़ा पतीला लो। उसके अंदर पानी डालो,एक steel का stand रख दो। गैस पर रखकर गर्म करने रखो। stand पर साबूदाने की खिचड़ी वाला पतीला ढंककर रखो। बड़े पतीले को भी ढंक दो। medium फ्लेम पर 15 मिनट तक पकने दो। एक बार मिक्स करके,5 मिनट और पकने दो। बाहर निकालो plate में लो,हर कटा धनिया डालो,फलहारी नमकीन या सेव डालो। अनार के fresh दाने ऊपर से डालो।तली हुई हरी मिर्च के साथ भगवान को धन्यवाद देते हुए मजे लो😀😀😀 बिल्कुल खिली खिली बनी,एकदम soft, मुँह में घुलने वाले दाने👌👌 एक नंबर😊😊 यमन भाई,पुनः एक बार धन्यवाद। आप स्वस्थ रहो,खुश रहो,बहुत तरक्की करो।शुभकामनाओ और दुआओ के साथ,जय श्री महाकाल😊
I have a suggestion .. rather then adding raw potato.. directly mix boiled potato along with some tadka of fried green chillies to the sabudana before putting for steam. Cover the inner pot with a lid rather then from the top. It will be more fluffy. Then add a bit of garam masala to khichadi and serve with beaten curd and faryali namkeen and potato chips.
Yaman ki yummy recipes 🤩👍waise ek tip share karti hun....sabudana dhone ke baad bilkul thoda sa paani chidak kar kissi covered container mei , atleast 2 ghante fridge mei rakhkar sabudane ki khichdi banane se ,ek ek daana khila khila banta hai. Steaming skip karke direct banane se bhi badhiya banti hai. Sabudana overnight fridge mei bhi rakh sakte hain.🙂
Thank you and I am sharing a regular one that we use at home. Coarsely grind roasted groundnut with three green chillies and salt, add it to the saubdana. Boil potatoes or fry as required. In oil add jeera potato (optional), then the sabudana mix. Keep sturring till it turns translucent. One way we in Maharashtra we make sabudana and it is awesome.
