We own a 2022 Newmar Ventana and it is without question the best coach we have ever owned. It is incredibly solid, quiet, and rides and drives like a dream. Anyone that is looking for a quality, very livable coach Newmar is a must.
Really cool to see how they come together. By this time next year we plan to be Newmar owners. Of all the brands we have tested and driven the Newmar brand has stood out. Thanks for putting this video together.
Wow, great video, Andrew, really something to see how Newmar builds coaches. This gives me an even greater appreciation for the build quality of our 2020 4369 Dutch Star. The paint on these coaches is incredible, a really nice finish. Thank you so much for this video!
Great video. I would highlight how Newmar protects the chassis before they go into the chassis shop from the weather out side, No other manufacturer does that. Also, Newmar ensures true quality control and testing on their coaches, while other manufacturers just claim to do so.
Great video! I own a Newmar and have been to the service center and factory tour. Awesome people and craftsmen! I don't think I could ever own any other manufacturers coach.
We almost purchased a used 2019 Dutch Star, I stared reading about the issues on a Newmar facebook page, slide out motors coming lose, windows failing and or falling out, systems having issues in the first few years, furniture leather covering that is failing, some system issues Newmar is not even backing and standing behind, I’m sure there are a significant amount of customers that are happy but I’ve read enough that we decided to keep our 19 year old Monaco Dynasty. We walked into the coach that we considered purchasing I was instantly let down by the actual quality of a 14 year newer coach compared to our 2005 Dynasty, no offense towards a Newmar owner, just what I noticed walking into a coach I had never looked at. Newmar is doing a good job at a lot of “sales” and maybe compared with current day offerings in the same level of coach’s it’s the best available, lots of curb appeal, we’ll see how the test of time effects the product. Jmo.
I am a little late on this one, but I was of the same mindset. When I started really doing the math, you would be hard pressed to find 100 bad reviews on Newmars over the last few years, in contrast to the hundreds they have sold over the years with few problems. The % is very small, thus one of the best manufacturers in the business. A lot of the complaints are self-inflicted wounds that I have fallen victim to! We have a 2022 New Aire and love it. I guess i am one of the lucky ones. IMO.
Thanks for setting this up. I was very curious of how far the industry came along as far as automation is concerned. These units are hand built leaving opportunities for automation to the wielding processes, using camera systems with picture analysis for quality control and also tablets at every station for real time interaction with the build guides. The quality would stay at the highest levels and overall cost of production would go down. A lot of badly built units flooded the market caused by the fact that hand built units depend on the tradesmen not having a bad day. More robotics at key areas would mitigate this.
We own a 2020 King Aire and absolutely love it. We have one issue that I have heard others talk about and it is the water that comes in through the full slide if it has rained or is raining. What is going on there? Is water getting under the awning of the slideout? My family has owned a few Newmars and they have been great motor homes.
disappointed about the insulation in these coaches. First off to see the bat insulation rather than spray in foam is a turn off for me. However, if you are going to use bat insulation, at least make sure there’s no gaps between the bats
You will thank them later if you ever have to run a new wire or replace one with the batts. It’s far better than styrofoam that some of their competitors are using…
I really look forward to having a Newmar motorhome in the future. And I think they look totally amazing. But the only part of the video that was done poorly was the Insulation I’m a custom homebuilder and this would never pass any inspections so hopefully you guys can increase that quality and the quality of the insulation. Houses a 1970 were insulated better than this.
Newmar is fantastic. I would say buy a new model and not used. They don't honor any warranty when you're not the original owner. Service department is great. Really nice having the campground directly across the street from service. There has been talk about having a west coast service center, I really hope they proceed with that.
They’re using Luwan as a component versus Azdel in their sidewall construction…That would make me question their QC program…Azdel I thought was the industry standard???
You should ask them how long they typically need to fix new RVs after they are purchased. And do you still wash RVs anymore? Or just post TH-cam videos?
So brand new for 25 an engineer has decided to put the electronic breakers in the same bay with the water tanks, wet bay ,i mean it should be okay but for a million bucks almost you cat find a better spot??
@edmartin9451 so the slide construction, thickness, and insulation are on par? I've had a gasser, and the AC was unable to keep up in the south. I wonder how Baystar would do... my other was Forrest River, so I know there has to be an improvement.
I have a 2023 Dutch Star and I am unimpressed-I have had nothing but problems including a $15,000 bill because our electrical system blew -I would never buy another one -Quality and customer service has not been there for us 🤯
The batt insulation is disappointing. Two inches of fiberglass batting is almost worthless, I doubt it's above R5. Not to mention that you can see the gaps where it was poorly installed.
Yes, I’m a contractor and I seen several spots in the walls where there was an inch plus gap in the insulation that would not be acceptable for me and my crew!! So much for quality control… we got to see the lack there of live in the video!

Andrew, your latest two videos featuring Newmar are just frickin outstanding! Congrats on getting the access.
Great tour... Great unit.... Loving all the yellow factory equipment that we had the pleasure of installing of the last 30 years. PWI!
This was awesome! Seeing how Newmar build their coaches is really cool. Thank you for the amazing job you do with these videos.
We love our Dutch star there is a difference thank you Andrew very informative
Amazing tour given great access, very well done Andrew keep them coming!
Newmar Makes A Great Product. Thank You so Much. Much Respect To You For The Work You Do.
Really cool to see how they come together. By this time next year we plan to be Newmar owners. Of all the brands we have tested and driven the Newmar brand has stood out. Thanks for putting this video together.
Cool tour. Impressive facility. 💪👍🏼
Another GREAT informational RV guide 📹 #RVingwithAndrewSteele 🤝🏽👦🏼
Great video, Andrew!

CRAZY INDEPTH INTERVIEW ANDREW! NEWMAR IS A COMPANY THAT BUILDS QUALITY COACHES AT A VALUE PRICE POINT 👉 LOVE THEIR QUALITY ❤
Great video. I would highlight how Newmar protects the chassis before they go into the chassis shop from the weather out side, No other manufacturer does that. Also, Newmar ensures true quality control and testing on their coaches, while other manufacturers just claim to do so.
Thank you, Andrew that was your best video and interview to date. I’m hoping they pay you well because now I want to buy a newmar product. Thomyt
This was great -- Glad the CEO allow you access to the factory -- Great job - too bad we could not see the future built style...
Nice video! I got to see the factory tour in person and it’s quite an eye opener. Very cool process they have.
Fantastic manufacturing process! Phenomenal video!
Cool 👍, thanks for the video Andrew
Great video! I own a Newmar and have been to the service center and factory tour. Awesome people and craftsmen! I don't think I could ever own any other manufacturers coach.
Another great video Andrew!!! From President to plant workers Newmar is still best Rv built!
Thank you for sharing this amazing video! What a teamwork! 🎥……❤️🔥
Keep those RVers safe out there Newmar!
All I can say is WOW!
Awesome video Andrew. Full of lots of info . 👍👍
Excellent tour. ty
Great video. Next time you are there, can you make a tour video of the Class C side? Thanks for all the hard work.

Plenty of very happy owners, 23 DS 4081 and just completed first annual service.

Andrew, I hope the builders are paying you outside of YT. You are the White Oprah of class A's!!!

Great job as always Cuz'
Would only be a dream to own a Newmar Coach
disappointed about the insulation in these coaches. First off to see the bat insulation rather than spray in foam is a turn off for me. However, if you are going to use bat insulation, at least make sure there’s no gaps between the bats
Totally agree, I seen that right away, extremely disappointed!!

yep that insulation job was subpar. Don't know why that did not use full batts in each section.
@@anthonyjasinski6322 Especially if it was a New Aire!! But even the Dutch Star’s are $700,000+.
Thanks for the video Andrew….I’m looking at purchasing 2025 mountain aire.
Awesome video Andrew!!

Motorhome's to dubai
Are they using the Winnebago superior all steel SuperStructure cab?
OUTSTANDING ; o ....

Are those floors OSB and not marine plywood? One drop of water and they will rot.
….well done, thank you.
Why does every builder do black on top? White or light on top, give the AC systems a chance
Huh? The roofs are all white
If they have 30% market share of Class A’s who has the other 70%?
Looking for a used diesel coach.
$30,000 area.
I know it’s not much money.
What is the purpose of the plates that I noticed all the coaches sitting on ?
That is explained around 13:40
👍
yall cant fool me, the old ex family is dressed uplike my new family, while new family is on vacation
So brand new for 25 an engineer has decided to put the electronic breakers in the same bay with the water tanks, wet bay ,i mean it should be okay but for a million bucks almost you cat find a better spot??
Second!
Where were all the Baystar coaches? I hear they get the same treatment as a top of the line and the same assembly line. Is that true?
That is true.
@edmartin9451 so the slide construction, thickness, and insulation are on par? I've had a gasser, and the AC was unable to keep up in the south. I wonder how Baystar would do... my other was Forrest River, so I know there has to be an improvement.
