Awesome, but there’s way more to these cars than straight line speed. I bet a standard car would be just as quick down a B road. Anything more than a stage 1 would just turn it into a handful.
Great video. However in real world, day to day driving.. standard m3 at 510bhp versus this beast… not much difference.. once you’re pushing 100+ on main roads you’re in challenging territory..
What I don't quite get is, it's too heavy for track and unusable power on the road. I'm sure its extremely fun to floor it but ultimately it's kind of pointless. Respect how capable the platform is but it's only something to brag about in the pub or take drag racing twice a year.
Yeah well my ninja h2 sx with 220 wheel HP would quite easily out accelerate this. Weighs in at 230KG and has 140ft pounds of torque so this M3 would have to weigh about 1200KG to stand a chance against a 200hp motorbike and motorbikes are now technically more capable than ever to put all their power down to the road. If I see you in the M1 at 3am I’ll probs still be saying goodbye to you my son 😂
2.55 for 1100 hp, I do a 2.84 0-100kph, so actually 0 -60 it would be even a bit quicker and I do it with ''only'' 522hp and 700nm. People put all this power in cars but it's not usable, yeah it will be quicker on the higher speeds but where can you do those speeds on the public roads, nowhere if you don't want to lose your license. I know these do 700 to 720 with dp's and a tune and I bet it would barely be slower than this 1100hp m3. It's not worth it.
