    I did not know anything about Endure windows before your video. Thank you for making and posting this video. It helped me decide to move forward with Endure for my house.

    Can you comment how the Endure compares to the Pella 250?

    • @TheHomeSolutionsChannel

      We don't specialize in Pella windows, but from what I can tell after a little research is that they are very similar windows within there respective brands. It does look like the Provia Endure might come out on the less expensive end, but that could vary on the installer. I think the bigger things to consider might be the warranties offered and what kind of glass package that would be installed with the window. Those make a big difference in your overall comfort in the long run.
      Here is an article I found that places Provia and Pella windows side by side. I hope this helps.

      @@TheHomeSolutionsChannel thanks for your input! The ProVia ensure was quoted around $3500 less for 19 windows so we decided to go with that one. Seems to have better warranty and energy ratings.

    I have a house full of Endure Pro Via windows, all with one piece, framed screens. How would I remove a screen?

    • @TheHomeSolutionsChannel
      @TheHomeSolutionsChannel  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      ProVia screens typically have a spring mechanism on one side. Here's how to remove and reinsert them:
      1. Identify the Components: On the screen, you'll find a small lip on the right side and springs on the inside of the left side.
      2. Removing the Screen:
      Push the screen to the right to compress the springs.
      Wiggle the screen gently out of the frame.
      3. Reinserting the Screen:
      First, place the spring side into the left side of the window frame.
      Push to the left to compress the springs, then align the right side of the screen and set it into the frame.
      I hope this helps. There are some screen thats may have the lip on the bottom and you need to lift up to compress the springs.

    Does all Provia Endure windows have tempered glass?

    • @TheHomeSolutionsChannel
      @TheHomeSolutionsChannel  ปีที่แล้ว

      Provia Endure windows have the option to be tempered but that's not standard. Let us know if you have any other questions on Provia windows.

    What about the double pane versus triple pane options? How does the energy rating change? Is it worth the price difference?

    • @TheHomeSolutionsChannel
      @TheHomeSolutionsChannel  ปีที่แล้ว

      Double and Triple pane windows are both great options for energy efficiency. And of course a triple pane window will be best when it comes to energy efficiency and noise reduction. However, there are two factors that influence the need of a triple pane window and they are, how long you plan to stay in your home, and the region in which you live.
      A triple pane window will take longer to pay off your investment so if you don't plan on staying in your home for the long run, then it probably wouldn't be worth the extra expense.
      If you live in an area with extreme cold or heat, then you might see better results from an energy efficiency standpoint then if you lived somewhere with average temperatures.
      Thank you for checking out the video! Let us know if you have any more questions.

      @@TheHomeSolutionsChannel yeah. I’m in the worst area. Lol. Upstate NY so we get the nice days in the winter when it’s 7 degrees and then hot summer days in the 90s when my home backs in the sun all afternoon as we face south… so maybe I will go triple pane route. Thank you!

    I noticed provia isn't Accredited on BBB, any idea why not?

    • @TheHomeSolutionsChannel
      @TheHomeSolutionsChannel  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We are unable to speak on Provia's marketing strategy.
      When it comes to the BBB, it is each companies decision on whether they want to enroll for accreditation.

    About how much does a 27x57 casement Endure cost with low E argon and tempered glass?

    • @TheHomeSolutionsChannel
      @TheHomeSolutionsChannel  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for checking out the video!
      There are a lot of factors that affect price. For the base Endure casement window it can run, $1700-$1780 for white frame, with tempered glass. Installed in brick or siding price paying by cash. Any factors that differ from these or any other payment option desired would affect pricing.
      To get the most reliable pricing you want to make sure to have a professional come take a look at your project so they can see what they would be working with and all that might go into the job.
      Hope this helps.

      @@TheHomeSolutionsChannel what do you think of these? Are they as good as Marvin or Andersen? I hate Pella. Those wood and aluminum Pella casements put in my new home are rotting out. Pella class action lawsuit isn’t much help. Thanks.

      We feel that you can't go wrong with Provia or Marvin, especially if you have to deal with the South Texas sun, like we have too. Here are a couple links to information on both brands to help answer some of your questions.

    I was curious what type of insulation is used inside the window... is it the spray-in type, or the preformed pieces?

    • @TheHomeSolutionsChannel
      @TheHomeSolutionsChannel  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great Question! We can only speak for ourselves, but our installers use the spray-in type when installing all the window lines that we carry.
