2022 Model Y - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
Love your videos! Very entertaining and knowledgeable and def on my way to learn all the new things about my new Model Y!
Great to hear! Thank you!
My model Y turned to an over pumped bobble when I inflated 42 PSI. Horrible road grip, bumpy and unsafe driving. 35 psi -front, 38psi-rear is the best option.
Potholes cause bubbles, not inflation to the Tesla recommended 42psi
Great video. Question: will pressure go up if you put lots of weight into the car? Like when going on holiday? Do you need to adapt pressure to higher load? Thanks
Weight doesn't create air pressure. Tesla's recommended air pressure found on the screen, and more officially on the sticker in the drivers door jamb keeps weight in mind, and for that recommendation see the manual for your particular model Tesla. Thank you
you know a lot about tesla's. I got my 2023 Tesla model S plaid. do I need TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM? that's sold on Tesla site. I thought the wheels came with them already installed.
All Teslas come with TPMS, however they only last 7-8 years and you'll need to replace them after that time. There are now 2 kinds of TPMS, bluetooth and wifi, so you'll have to get the correct kind for your car. Thanks for watching
So much different from what one would do on an ICE car! 😏
Wildly different for sure!
you don't need a screw driver to let air out.
Just used as an example. Anything poky will do. Toothpick, fingernail, sometimes the back of the valve cap, etc. just keeping it easy.
I like to use a crow bar or a nine iron.
If Tesla specifies 42psi, why are you putting in 44? Why can't people FOLLOW DIRECTIONS??
Because two other tire gauges say my particular Tesla is off by a pound or 2.
