It's ok to mention Tom. Ronnie and Tom are friends, and they almost toured together (fell through due to family illness). Also, a lot of artists has used the Batcave.
I once saw Ronnie call Tom the homie, then somebody in chat said he was trash and Ronnie instantly bitched them out and banned em. Was pretty great to see.
Also same film location as in movie Dark Knight Ronnie has said....and as for the girl in the silver, spittin that into Ronnie's mouth . She represents heroin, hes fought w drug addiction yrs ago.. then he's "high" floating through the clouds.. but notice, hes falling on reverse... great reaction, can't wait to see next 2 in the trilogy,..
I am a huge Tom fan.... been before he started blowing up.... now I can’t even go on an unrelated video without him being mentioned in the video or in the comments.... my boy is everywhere! And it’s been across all content as well, political channels, news channels, sports videos.... everywhere... he is everywhere right now.
I love your reactions. I’ve been on a rabbit hole of reaction vids of all FiRs music. On the trilogy now, and realized now that he wakes up in “losing my life” in 2033… the same date/number on the plane in “watch the world burn”. The level of detail he incorporates is genius. 🔥
tom and falling were supposed to be on tour before covid hit. the guitarist family member had got put in hospital so they called it off then covid hit. the lead singer is a great person. one warped tour in eastern WA state, he saw me dying in the hot sun after moshing and he bought me a bottle of water. lol anyways 🤪
Tom MacDonald did use this same place! Nailed it sir. Actually Tom and Ronnie were going to tour together before the Covid hit and the world closed down....So glad you are enjoying Ronnie....check out his Gangsters Paradise... I think this set was used in a Batman movie. The girl represents the drugs he struggles with that causes him to lose his mind. I heard it was his girlfriend that was also in I'm not a Vampire revamped .
He was the front man of Escape the Fate before his incarceration. His song Popular Monster as Falling in Reverse is about his time inside. Another great song!
When we said the genre is Ronnie Radke....this is why. His talent is insane. Loved the reaction once again 💚 Can't wait to see the rest of the trilogy!!!
I think what he meant by “every day we kill our idols” was more of a metaphorical death. That we hold our idols (or celebrities in general) to such high standards forgetting that they’re just humans. That can often either lead to them being overwhelmed and moving to drugs or making other unhealthy behaviors to cope with the pressure; or when they do something “human” we tear them down for not living up to our inhuman expectations of them. Ronnie get a LOT of hate. Like a lot. For his past, and running his mouth now. Though now it’s usually deserved lol Ronnie summed it up way better than I just did lol but that’s the long winded version 😊🖤
I think that is a problem across the board. We want the liberty to be human, while we seem to want everyone else to be flawless. When I was running for, and elected, to local office. One of the things I would occasionally mention is that neither Jesus nor Buddha are running, so we will have to settle for someone flawed. Same with cops, etc. Hollywood has forgotten the point of the Noire period of art, that we are all flawed heroes. Because the first idol that we kill each day is the golden boy image of ourselves in which we gilt the real.
The black goo is meant to represent heroine, I think. The idols bit means that we expect so much from our idols, we get pissed when they behave just like regular people, and screw up.
Mrlboyd. I love your reactions. Your voice is very smooth and rich. You are knowledgeable regarding the technical aspects of the videos and it allows me to learn while being entertained. Respect.
I love falling in reverse,. I love most songs and Ronnie is the bomb. In my 67 years, he's about the best I heard, if you want to listen to certain genres, just wait he'll give them you. They all go together so good together.
Dude is one of the BEST performers I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to atleast 10 HUGE music festivals. 1st year band, had technical difficulties and only played 4 songs. He has awesome mic skills and did a f’in front flip Lol seen FIR too many times to count and my fav was when they ended the set, shot confetti 🎉 and he said haha clean it up
@@maker1276 he can play the piano. If you are talking about "The drug in me is reimagined", it was composed by Sean Rooney, yes, but he played it in the video. They just took it from Sean Rooney because Ronnie thought it sounded better.

I heard falling in reverse years ago and wrote them off as a hardcore emo band. I heard popular monster on the radio like 6months ago and was completely blown away by it. The blood being "spit" in his mouth represents heroin and his non resistance represents addiction.
@8:19 I think the coloring effect is more likely just them using colored filter lenses on the camera and recording in monotone/B&W. It's a photography/cinematogrophy trick used to record the Moon sometimes, you put the camera into B&W then put a green/yellow/orange/etc colored filter lense on to change the tone of the moon.
Ronnie Radke is so awesome. I'm glad I found him. I wake up with his songs in my head. He can flawlessly mesh 4/5 genres of music together and make it sound perfect. Not everyone can do this.
(AKA: Bipolar_Teddybear_1974) Another great reaction!I was so excited to see this popup on my TH-cam. I would like to see you react to the original songs that precede the ones you already reacted to by 9 years...The Drug in Me is You and I'm Not a Vampire to truly have an understanding of how drastically different they are and the amount of growth Ronnie has had since then vocally and artistically. But I also recommend Alone, Champion, Fair Weather Fans and Carry On.
I think the red is just a straight up gel over the lens, since it has a similar saturation to the ones I've seen used for monochrome grading. I enjoyed the renaissance man approach to your break down - videography, and musical critique. Looking forward to the rest of the trilogy.
I love your insight. I didnt even realise the ground was wet. Your reactions r on point and kinda funny with the disturbing part. The lyrics are good in this song. Haha "I will judge you like a Rapper Sir." Great Break down. Nice side notes too. Im gonna check out Yellow Wolf.
Dude props for knowing Tom. Haven't seen many of your videos and i know people are going to come at me for saying this but they're only mad because they don't have the balls to say it. You dont hear of too many black people knowing who Tom is much less liking him. Cool as hell man keep it up. Im subing right now. Peace ✌
Can't wait for more metal/rock reactions man! You're reactions are amazing, as someone that watches a lot of reactions, you have the perfect mix of insightful comments and reacting! Don't change!❤️ More Hollywood undead, Architects, coldrain, being me the horizon and link park you'd love!❤️
Nu metal (sometimes stylized as nü-metal) is a subgenre of alternative metal that combines elements of heavy metal music with elements of other music genres such as hip hop, alternative rock, funk, industrial, and grunge. Nu metal rarely features guitar solos or other displays of musical technique; the genre is heavily syncopated and based on guitar riffs. Many nu metal guitarists use seven-string guitars that are down-tuned to produce a heavier sound. DJs are occasionally featured in nu metal to provide instrumentation such as sampling, turntable scratching and electronic background music. Vocal styles in nu metal include singing, rapping, screaming and growling. Nu metal is one of the key genres of the new wave of American heavy metal.
Alone is still one of my favorites by FIR even though Ronnie says he cant stand that song because its a song about him flexing his riches and fame and telling everyone to fuck off he dont give a fuck bout you, but Id tell Ronnie yea we have all grown up and I get you see that as cringey now but fuck it you deserve to flex on fools and it hits fucking HARD! Everyone deserves to show off what their hard work has got them in life rub it in bro itll make me just work harder myself to achieve that status
Id like to see you do the both originals of the reimagined/revamped songs. I’m not a vampire and the drug in me is you. Be nice to hear your thoughts on early Ronnie
Besides the trilogy there is “Alone” You also have to react to a song from a previous band he sang for prior to going to prison. “Not good enough in the for truth in cliche” by Escape the fate.
Falling in Reverse and Tom had a fully booked tour a few months before crazy world and was cancelled for sad family reasons. Ronnie and Tom know each other and get along very well.
I'm late, so I don't have anything to add explanation-wise. I liked your reaction and I'm looking forward to the next part Losing my Life, which is my favorite.
That room is pretty famous, you've probably seen it in plenty of videos and movies over the years. It was pretty much the bat cave in the Nolan Batman films, it was a high tech computer room in the tv show Chuck, and I know I've seen it in numerous music videos. One you may enjoy if you want a react to another video filmed here is Red Sun Rising - Veins. They didn't wet the floor to create reflections so it gives a different vibe to the video.
The location looks like Wayne Industries Technology Experimental testing area! Where's the batmobile!?...... She's the spoon, the gunk is black tar heroin..... When Ronnie is floating upwards he is falling in reverse!.... Idols are often "idealized" and truth/reality "kills" them! .... Yes. Spot on!
Might be lights that can produce whatever color you want, but it could easily be a filter on the camera or even just removing the blue and green from the image in post. Either way, the camera work and the use of lighting and color is superb.

The batcave cool.

Omgolly this is like 80’s + 90’s + early 2000’s. With a rap, rock, a little bit of techno and idk what else but it’s brilliant!
He was the front man of Escape the Fate before his incarceration. His song Popular Monster as Falling in Reverse is about his time inside. Another great song!

It's from The Dark Knight! A lot of artists have used this location. Ronnie can do anything. So glad you found them! ❤️🤘
OMG, I'm so excited someone else caught that. It was the first thing I noticed when the video started.
What a great band. Maybe after the trilogy try Alone or their cover of Gangsta's Paradise

I’m so excited for you to do these! 🖤
Ronnie Radke has got me learning how to play the piano. He is inspiring.
That's cool. I started learning to play the piano in November because of Ronnie. I wonder how many more people he inspired to learn it.
I love ronie radke i love when he plays piano he also inspires me.
I've wrote and copywrited 5 songs on piano since I got into FIR. I write song named after lost loves. I know exactly what you mean.
That's not him playing those notes. He's acting.
@@maker1276 he can play the piano. If you are talking about "The drug in me is reimagined", it was composed by Sean Rooney, yes, but he played it in the video. They just took it from Sean Rooney because Ronnie thought it sounded better.
Welcome to the trilogy
I never comment on youtube videos in general, but there is something about your reactions that are so genuine and relaxing, keep it up man.
Good memory. You are correct about TM.
Yes! Do the trilogy in order: Losing my Mind, Losing my Life, Drugs
