Ronnie is a very good piano player. He didn't play in the recording (that's the pianist who gave him the idea for this version in the first place), but since he's a perfectionist, I'm pretty sure he learned to play the song for the video.
This song is from last year, almost a year before I'm Not A Vampire, Revamped. Both songs were originally on Falling in Reverses first album. So the vampire teeth in this one were a little shout out to I'm Not A Vampire, I guess.

Sean Rooney is a composer and pianist who originally did his own version of the Drug In Me Is You. He was asked by Radke to compose a "reimagined" version for the band and he is the one playing on this recording, not Radke.
This and Vampire Revamped are even more impressive when you've seen the originals from their first record. The growth is incredible.

He said he was a self taught pianist on his twitch. From what I understand the piano solo is the same as the guitar solo in the original song. Both the drug in me is you and I’m not a vampire are songs the band has redone from songs of the same name on one of their earlier albums.
Ronnie is a self taught pianist. I think it's been over 26 years now since he's been playing the piano. He's really good at it.
He also plays other instruments like Guitar and Drums and he writes all of his music. Which is awesome..

Yeah, this was released a while before the "I'm not a Vampire" song. The vampire teeth were an easter egg of sorts, hinting that he would remake that song next.

To answer your question, yes this song came before revamped. It was released February 13, 2020. Revamped was released one year later, same day. There's some fans who now think his fangs was egg for what was to come. But now Ronnie provided another egg that might hint at a reimagined Popular Monster. Though I personally hope he doesn't do that, as the song is perfect the way it is...
I think it is perfect too, but I would still really enjoy seeing what he creates out of that type of song into something like this 👌
He learned to play by ear. He said in his super new interview that he’s glad he didn’t learn the technical way because this way he can make music and compose it and make it about feeling instead of the technicalities. Besides the piano He also plays the drums and the guitar. Amazing talented guy. ♥️
You’ll be more impressed when you hear the original song... this was done like a year before the revamped version. He put a lot of Easter eggs in this video pertaining the “I’m not a vampire revamped” song.

He is so talented. Someone commented that he's like Freddy Mercury, and I really don't think that it's a stretch.
In about 2015 I listened to his lyrics “I deserve a Purple Heart for all my Fucking wounds, lacerations to my ego - pride that I’ve consumed”. I heard it once and remembered it forever! I knew then that Ronnie was a genius! I stand by that statement.
There are Easter eggs in a lot of their videos. The fangs in this are in reference to the original I'm Not a Vampire. The courthouse in Popular Monster, as well as the girl in this video, are from The Drug In Me Is You (song and album cover, respectively). And in Losing My Life he says "i'm a rolling stone" which is the title of another song, though that might just be a coincidence.
"I'm a rolling stone, I'm coming home, but I'm not alone" there's actually 3 song titles here.
This song and I'm not a vampire revamped are remastered versions of their 2011 versions, I recommend giving all of their albums a listen. FIR is fire and a great band, hope to see you react to more of their stuff.

Super cool because it's NOTE FOR NOTE the exact same song.. Even the piano solo is NOTE FOR NOTE the guitar solo. I watched a video where he talked about that... The construction of this work is masterful. The beginning starts soft and longingly with a bit of desperation and builds in each verse only to calm in the bridge which leaves you feeling more and more disparity each time. You can sense the emotions building because the vocals get slightly more aggressive each verse but calms during the bridge each time like belle calming the beast. The ending is such an emotional scream, or burst if you will that celebrates the release of all that emotion finally only to be wrapped up with the last scream being muted, or restricted again. The circle of angst.

Anyways, not long ago I heard Falling In Reverse for the first time. It was Watch the World Burn. As an older metal head, to say that I was blown away would be and understatement.
