    My son just surprised me with a pic of him and Sam right outside of his restaurant Grazes in SD. This just happened a couple hours ago and I was beyond THRILLED! When my son told him his mom watches his shows all the time, Sam responded “oh, and you don’t?” Lol. They had a good laugh about it & my son commented “how cool Sam is” lol. My son said the food and drinks were incredible. On top of that, Sam was on the phone outside & my son passed him walking out. Sam stopped his convo to tell my son to tell his mom hi! What a very thoughtful thing to do as I know he is probably so busy. Sam you and your family are the best. Me and my whole family will continue to watch and love your show & food. :)) xoxo

    YOU LITTLE MINX!!!! Sam you’ve done it again! Love you guys!!!! (And Max, you try working a 28 hour shift at the hospital. We don’t always have the energy to go home and shower and change to get basic food supplies at the store… plus we have scrub machines that exchange dirty ones for clean ones 😂)

    The one thing I love about your show is your cook for real. You do it yourself and don't do the miracle of television crap like most do. Plus you don't have a team of people doing the work for you either. Keep up the good work Sam and keep on cooking please.

    Me and my fiance are newly first home owners. You guys have saved us the time of trying to learn new cooking ideas and made it easier to feel comfortable in the kitchen. Thank you for that and i hope you guys continue to help more and more people. Plus I try to grill more and more to make myself better and also use skillets more now. Keep on keeping on

    That chicken looks amazing and gave me a great idea. I think this would work well as a buffalo chicken stuffed with some kind of blue cheese and cream cheese concoction with maybe some chopped up celery leaves. Great video guys!

    Your deboning technique was great. It accomplished two things. It removed the bones without destroying the meat and you didn’t cut yourself. Perfect!

    Ok, “save for Stock” is absolutely a Thing. But have you ever done a show where you actually use the leftover backs, etc. and MSKE A STOCK?! That would be epic! Then use the stock in 3 different sauces, or something.

    This looks fantastic! I think I'll be whipping this up this week for our large weekly family dinner. It seems like a recipe that can be easily scaled up to serve 8-10, since I can just pop them all into the oven on a sheet pan at once. Thank Sam and the boys for another awesome recipe!     You should watch Jacques Pepin debone a whole chicken- he is able to do the bulk of it with just his hands and it’s a very fast method- love you guys this looks delicious as always

    Just made this. Fantastic!!! I couldn't get the Jalapeno cheese but they had garlic and herb. I fire roasted a red chili pepper, minced it up and mixed it in. I like spicey but my wife isn't such a fan. The red chili gave it hint of heat.

    I made this tonight and it was fabulous!!! I served it with the Parmesan Yukon gold potato recipe which is circulating Tik Tok and IG. The smoked Jalapeño stuffing mixture added flavor complexity and helped to keep the chicken very moist. I will make this again and again!!! Thank you!

    Saw something that may help. Get the widest fly trap roll you can buy. Wrap a bucket or kitchen trash can and leave it. Saw a farmer do this and got rid of all his fly's in a few days.

    IDEA: fill a few Bug-a-Salts with different spices and season a chicken with them. The red cloud of smoked paprika would look sweet. Plus the sneezing fits to follow may be comical

    This makes me want to try something similar using something like an Uncle Bens cheddar and broccoli rice with maybe some bacon bits.     I'm sure the small bone left in the chicken breast is called the CHIME bone and it lends a lot of flavour to the chicken breast when it is cooked. Good video again.

    Never cut any meat right after it comes out of the oven. Not sure if you let it set for 5-8 minutes before cutting, but if you cut meat right out of the oven, all the juices will run out, making the meat dry. (In case u didn't know).
