I love how unpretentious you are! A real personality with feelings and a full life. And willing to share with honesty and humor. I do hope you are on the mend. Rest is so, so important with Covid. Great stitches and so many amazing designers! Thank you for sharing.
Hoping you can feel better soon and your X-ray shows covid near gone or GONE. None of us want to be ill. Like always such a joy to be able to see you, while Stitching. Feel better and be well😊❤
Oh, no! I am so sorry that you are still sick! Make sure you rest so you can get over it soon. I stitch whatever the season is. In addition, I always have Christmas smalls going throughout the year. I love smalls, which is why I love Anabella Needlearts.
Hope you feel better soon. The disadvantage of never being sick is that you produce few antibodies and therefore feel worse for longer if you do get sick. I have already started winter and Christmas stitching
I had covid in Dec of 2021 and it put me in the hospital for 4 days along with my husband and best friend. I pray you are on the recovery very soon. I"m finished with what I"m stitching for fall and on to Halloween. My favorite amusement park was a very small one on the beach at Biloxi, Ms. My dad was stationed at the air force base there and got to go to the amusement park quite a bit. I've been to larger one since....many times but that's the one that stand out in my mind
I stitch for fall late September and Christmas in November. I hope you start feeling much better soon. Glad you are trying to do a little bit but rest too. You are important to our community. We care.
Great floss tube. I had covid at least three times. It takes a while to get rid of the cough. One time my covid turned into bronchitis as I was healing.😊
I choose one WIP that is of the season, and then work on others when I have time. It doesn't matter what the season is of the extra ones I stitch. I do hope your X-ray comes back clear, and that you start feeling better soon!!
So sorry you are under the weather!! Your video was so good and so much content, thank you for plowing through! Hope you can get some rest, you must be exhausted!!!
I stitch for the season, during the season. I always stitch Christmas in July, November and December and Autumn in September and October. The rest of the year I work on whatever interests me, but I do put stitches into my seasonal WIPs, too.
My fav amusement park is DisneyWorld. We are going in Dec for my 65th birthday. It’s my very 1st birthday visit there. My family has been at least 2 or 3 times for theirs so it’s my turn. I had Covid in Jan of 21 it only lasted about a week if that. To me it felt like cross between a sinus infection and flu. Glad you had a Great time at Disney! I hope you feel better soon!
I start stitching for fall in October and I stitch for Christmas throughout the year because I make 5 duplicate ornaments, one each for my children, grand children, and my self. I hope you are feeling better soon!
Sorry to hear that you are still not feeling well. Glad you enjoyed your family. Love the new charts. Going to the Etsy shop now. I’m really not a season stitcher. I stitch whatever makes me happy at the moment. Take care of yourself and be safe in your adventures.
Hope that you feel better soon! I stitch Christmas ornaments all year long. I stitch them as gifts for family and friends. I also stitch them for our home as well!
I actually stitched Christmas in July and completed 4 designs . I have 2 Halloween projects laid out for August and 2 Fall for September. When those are finished I plan on going back to Christmas stitches. So sorry you are still not well. My husband has Covid and it seems to be worse this time around even though he’s had all the vaccines. Hope you are better soon.
Elayne, I hope you feel better. Secondary infections are not fun after Covid. Drink plenty of water and hoping for a speedy recovery. I’ve had covid3x and the last round I never test positive for over the counter test. I start stitching anytime the mood strikes for any holiday. Lol
Sorry to hear you are still battling illness, praying you are better soon. I am discovering that I enjoy stitching in the season or season ahead some, so now I am looking forward to autumn stitching. However, I do like stitching Christmas/Winter all year long.
So sorry you still recovering! Get well soon. I had covid in 2021 and still can’t taste a thing! I guess that sense is gone forever for me unfortunately.
Hi Elaine I’m sending prays your way first and I hope you feel better soon . I start fall cross stitching on the first day of summer and the first day of fall I start my Christmas cross stitching
I'm so sorry you are still not feeling well. Darn that COVID!!! I start stitching fall in August and Christmas in late October. This time line gives me time to fully finish my projects. Feel better soon.
I am so sorry you are still sick. I got Covid 1st part of July and it took me 3 1/2 weeks to feel better. I still have a lingering cough. Your Disney trip sounds wonderful. Hope you feel better soon.
I have already started Christmas stitching, I need to include some fall stitching, love fall 😊, maybe some could come with happy mail 😉. Praying for complete healing for you. 🙏✌️♥️
Elayne, I hope you get better soon. I have no rules for when I stitch seasons. I will probably start stitching fall this August, then jump to Halloween in September. Then I will move on to Christmas. There are so many cute charts, but not enough time.
I stitch in season, so fall stitching starts in September. I don't do much Christmas stitching...just the ornaments I make for my kids each year. I usually start them in summer so I have them done and out of the way. Hope you're feeling better soon!
Hi Elayne. Hope you get well soon and have a clear X-ray. 🙏 I stitch Fall and Christmas charts at any time of the year, especially if I have a WIP for those seasons to finish.
I plan to start a fall project tomorrow. I stitched for Christmas in July and will probably start back up in November. I enjoyed seeing such a wide variety of charts! Thank you for sharing!
I stitch Christmas all year, lol, and am not really a fall stitcher, but do love Halloween stitching in October! Hope you are feeling better soon Elayne. It’s miserable having an illness drag on.
I'm so sorry you're still not better! Hoping your xray came back ok, and you're well on the mend by now! But so glad you had a grand time at Disney and at Waco! I have already started stitching for Christmas, I have a huge list of things to do for gifts this year! Thankfully most are smalls. I also have a couple of weddings thrown in there, and I'm always stitching fall! I don't do the normal seasonal stitching, lol.
I had covid in January 2021. I was sick for 3 weeks and lost my voice for 6 weeks. Not a good time. God watch over you and bless you and may your recovery be complete and speedy.
I have a tendency to stitch fall and Christmas all year round. I also stitch other seasons and generic charts as well. It depends on what I have just finished.
Elaine, I hope you get better soon. 🙏 Thank you for sharing all the new releases. I'm going to start stitching fall on Aug. 8th. I'm stitching The Stitch the Summer Olympics and my stitch that day is A Halloween stitch small. I will probably start Christmas in October 1st
Hello from MA. I enjoy your videos and spend way too much at Annabella’s 😂😂. I try to stitch one Christmas project in Jolly July. Then it’s November 1st!!! I start fall in August. I just love stitching all sorts of trees!
I usually start fall projects in August, but I will do Christmas stuff year round. I usually aim for a big Christmas piece in July and then ornaments in October. I hope you heal up quickly! These C-19 variants are no joke! I work for a pulmonologist, and the damage that we see from some of these cases is awful.
Get better soon, missed your channel and glad you are back! Lots of amazing new charts too. Only stitching about a year so can’t say when I really stitch fall or winter. Just finished a Halloween small the other day, plan to start another Halloween piece this week and a turkey/fall piece. Than again working on a summer piece too. So I guess would be whenever the mood strikes
Already stitching for fall and did work on a Prairie Schooler Santa in July, otherwise Christmas stitching starts in November or when something catches my eye that I want to start immediately. Hope you feel better soon.
I am currently doing an autumn August to concentrate more heavily on some fall pieces. But I tried to have fall and Christmas in my rotations throughout the year. I make our grandkids an ornament every year, so I have to be sure to do that!
Don’t have a set time to start fall or Christmas. I do try to do any unfinished Christmas during July. Also going to try Santa Sunday to complete ornaments and any other holiday pieces. Fall I do anytime I need a change of pace. Hope you are feeling better soon!
Great video as always,I hope you feel better soon. I’m a new stitcher (less than a year) - I’m really enjoying myself, I’m slow but find so much joy in stitching. My plan is to start stitching autumn in Sept and Xmas starting November.
I stitch ornaments for my grandkiddos so I work on those off and on all year long. I have been working on PS Autumn leaves off and on since March. I will probably really stitch mostly fall starting in September. I hope you feel better quickly. I have issues when I catch colds so I know how cruddy it can feel.
I'm kind of a weird one. I don't interrupt my stitching to start stitching on a particular season. I love to stitch seasonal pieces but I might do Christmas in April, Fall in spring or anything. I love it all and hold to no rules of the calendar as to what to stitch when 😁 I hope you feel back to normal asap!
I don't stitch by season. I just finished a birth announcement, but need to get it fully finished and sent. Am working on a santa now, but it is for my newborn grandson for Christmas. I was working on the quilted scarecrow, but he is on hold til Iget santa finished! So it sounds seasonal, but it just happened that way.
Hope you feel better soon!!!! And thank you for another great video. This yr is the first I have ever stitched fall and I am doing that now. Christmas is always in July and usually Nov and Dec.😊
Hope you are feeling better soon. I usually wait until Seotember to start stitching Fall. I don't do a lot of Christmas stitching so there is no set time for that.
Feel better soon. Still Carly new (returning back, lol) to cross stitching- I guess I start thinking about a month of 2 before the holiday/season. I do a lot of quilting but would like to find a balance of doing both. Lol. Would be fun to finish a Stitch Before the season arrives. Lol
I love how unpretentious you are! A real personality with feelings and a full life. And willing to share with honesty and humor. I do hope you are on the mend. Rest is so, so important with Covid. Great stitches and so many amazing designers! Thank you for sharing.
