This place must be amazing - especially when we saw how many people were waiting outside for their tables. Your food looked so delicious and we were impressed that they even had a kosher menu, even though we don’t keep kosher 😂.

That food looked so good. Getting us in the mood for St Patrick's Day already! We LOVE Rubens so those egg rolls made us so hungry!!!
McGuires is one of our go to places when in destin or Pensacola! Those reuben egg rolls were 🔥

We went to the one in Destin and unfortunately we had a much different, and probably a rare experience. This isn’t the restaurant’s fault, but the server. First, our waitress never even brought out the bread, we had to ask for it. We waited forever for our appetizer and it came out WITH our food and it was cold! She didn’t even apologize which showed that she really couldn’t care less! The food itself was very high quality. Our waitress also made some slightly snarky comments when we were ordering. She only came to our table once after we got our food and thats only because I flagged her down. She never made any effort to ask if we needed anything. When she brought the food, she ran off immediately, never saw her again. The server can really make or break the experience. I’m sure the restaurant is normally fantastic. We’ll come back some day and give it another chance.
Dang, sorry you had such a bad experience. The server can 100% make or break it for you. I'm glad the food was at least good. We've been to the Destin location several times and always had fine service, I'd say don't let it discourage you from going back again, maybe the server was new, or just having an off night.
