Lars DF2, 1 was great as a complete string in T7. It was the elbow strike that is a mid that looks like a low cuz Lars ducks when he does the DF2, 1. It was all time my favorite move in 7. It was pretty unsafe in 7, and it was usually used for wall break and average combos. The elbow goes into a claw strike and was 2 mids, but i wanted it buffed and wanted Lars' hurtbox to shift downward, realistically matching his animations, which would help with trades against highs and thats the point of Lars is to be focused on mixups because all of his moves are practically hazardously useless on block. Ws2, 1 used to be terrible on block in 7 but was great for people who were impatient and took the 2nd hit as counter hit, as the 1 counter hit launches which was completely unnecessary to remove the trade off. the Ws2 also can go ws2, 3 and the 3 is a high, the move is useless mostly and theres no point to use it. Avalanche drop throw was also breakable in 7. In 7 it was just UF3+4(HOLD) and it was a throw you break with 3+4 weird enough. In 8 you break it as 1+2 cuz the input is now UF3+4, 1+2. The drop kick back in 7 also was just normal vanilla hitstun, lars never crash lands on the person unless if was counterhit which also never happens, also his LE1 that is the sweep punch, used to be a useless launch as UF3+4, 1. Same attack. His SEN4 was awesome in 7 because on hit from a distance and if the they try to trade, the SEN4 had a counterhit launch for combo. Which helped on wallcarry back in the day. His DEN4 was also in 7 and was simply his "hellsweep" that is FF4, his FF4, DEN4 were the same thing, and the FF4, 3 is the only version to exist, people could do those two, and then do DF3(which was safe in 7 i think), DEN4 , 3 in a string people could get hit by low taps and itd piss them off and then eventually get hit by the final 3 kick. The new DEN4 is garbage and no point in using it, it has no tracking i think, and its less safe and is just to get a single weak hit out of a person. You can also go DEN -> SEN -> LEN by pressing down during mid SEN. His LEN2 used to be from his. Ki Charge(1+2+3+4), 2. String but you couldn't combo from it back in 7. He also can go backwards from SEN or LEN i think into DEN, and Lars widens the gap a little going backwards by tapping it backwards. #BuffLarsHARADA
Sidestep right means to your character's right not the opponent's. That's why on P1 side I'm stepping into the foreground to go right against the df1 and stuff, and into the background to go left against the df2. Hope that helps!

lars has like no tools to really deal with constant pressure characters
He does they are just risky like uf3, db4, etc.
1,1,1 and 2,1 are great for this
I want that ham.
You were constantly stepping left while recommending stepping right.

Damn that ham
Thank you for the work, would love to hear your thought on how to play mishima though thanks again 😊
