One thing I think is worth mentioning is that Jin’s jab strings are a good point to practice because if you flash low parry after blocking a jab you’ll either duck 2,4 or parry 1,3 or be jailed by 1,2 and 2,1. Then you can respond to the jailing strings if they were used.

Good guide! Jin in this game has got to be one of the most gimmicky, most string abusing, dishonest, turn stealing characters I have ever played against on top of also being a solid character that has every tool 😂. I’m surprised that more people aren’t annoyed by this guy.
Jin is not a broken or unfair character, but the way most Jin mains use him is with cheese strats and bs strings that they’ll abuse for free wins if you don’t know the matchup. That pisses me off more than anything. That’s why I end up hating Jin. He went from a hard mode character in Tekken 7 to a b!t$h in Tekken 8.

Well, that's where the complaints lie.
If people loses to cheese, is not the Jin player's fault, is different when a character is fundamentally impossible to beat.
