Marble floors .. United States outlets... decor .. 3 air conditioning and 3 balconies with a jacuzzi . I guess everyone's interpretation is different but by common standards that is luxury

My point is luxury is a developed world standard, defined by amenities & services. Walk into a Waldorf Astoria, LXR, Four Season, that’s luxury. Maybe this is over your head
