- Old Crow finally makes its way out of the shop! After some final touches with wiring, airlines, seats and such, Old Crow can make its first event at the Kustom Kemps Lead Sled Spectacular in Salina, KS. She still needs a little more done, but she sounds pretty good for a rat rod!

I'm so deep I'm I need scuba gear! LOL Julie is going to do most of the cyclekart herself but the build video will be hear on the HCF channel. Her racing and other stuff will be on her "That Rust Life" channel!

So dude overall the best pop rivets in the world or the aluminum butterflies yeah if you got the the you can run the Titus hole and this thing is gonna load yeah so I I also use a lot of inserts threaded inserts I think they hold 70-120 lbs so yeah threaded inserts many sizes available big daddy like rivet gun to punch them into the ground it's probably a dramatic something to that what you do keep on rocking 😎😎😎😎IT

Love how it is coming together Anthony! But I do have some real reservations about the welded-on steering bracket on the left front wheel kingpin and disc brake bracket. In your introduction you mentioned installing the correct length bolt and fastener but it was that bracket that immediately caught my eye! But I do love your work my friend!
Thanks for the concern. It's 1/4 inch plate so I think it's going to be ok but I'll keep an eye on it

Well you can call it a rat rod,but to me it's a bad ass JHOT ROD ..and because it is a bad ass hot rod .

Man that's awesome! Question: Why mount the brake calipers upside down, with the bleeders pointing up?
I ask because I bought a T-Bucket a while back with front brakes set up like that. I didn't know how to bleed them (didn't know about the method you used here) so I swapped them to pointing back down... Is that bad?
The bleeder should be mounted up. You are trying to get the air out of the system. If you think about air bubbles in any liquid they go up. If the bleeder is o. The bottom it's going to be very hard to get the last of the air out.

They were pointing down when I bought it, and I swapped them so they are now pointing up. That was a year or two ago, and I apparently confused myself. *D'OH!*
Just found your channel, and I'm loving your work!
I love this car. That articulating front end is just the best, I want to build something but I want it to be quieter and a bit more comfort so I can cruise in it. Hey how well do you think that front end would hold up from impact? i.e. wheelies, pot holes etc
It's way stronger then my wife's model A and most street rod I've seen on the road
I've been electrocuted about 5 times but you know the worst is is a boat motor when you ground out to the boat yeah Be well
