    Good description of each fuse function rather than trying to figure out the symbols. 👍

    Any help please? There are two different fuses for the radio but which do I need?! lol my radio won’t come on? I have replaced the fuse in the engine compartment fuse box. No go. Which of these two? Thanks in advance!

      @thelouwyattuk, the radio fuse is F45 in the footwell and is a yellow 20 amp fuse. It's in the last row on the right had side in the middle. Not sure which fuse you change in the engine compartment? Hope that helps, regards Damian

    Thanks! But this is weird... My radio and center dash info doesn't work right, apparently the fuse is the common cause of this. ...so my fuse chart says "F45" should be the fuse for this. So do other TH-camrs...
    Only problem is: There is no fuse in the F45 slot. And there are no fuse clips there to plug in a new fuse. It's just a blank spot. ???

      @@ODRModurol 2007 Mini Cooper S. The CD player and aux work, but the radio doesn't work at all. And the center screen that shows audio info and clock, fades in and out from lit up, to completely dark. 🤷‍♂️

    Was going through checking all the fuses as having issues with headlights and the mini 5a fuse for the phone has fallen inside the composrtment loo

    Hi mate, I have a 12v Socket in my boot along with a light in my R56 One, which one is the fuse for either or both of these? noone online seems to know the answer

    • @ODRModurol
      @ODRModurol  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @kjlrandom415, hi, the charging sockets fuse is F44 (20Amps) and the boot lights is F16 (10amps). Hope that helps, regards Damian

    Such an informative video. Thank you for taking the time to make it.
    There aren't any fuses for the rear reverse/brake/signal/parking lights in the engine compartment fuse box?

    • @ODRModurol
      @ODRModurol  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hans, thank you for your kind words. The mini R56 indeed has a peculiar design when it comes to the rear lamps. Specifically, the rear tail lights (including the fog lights) are not individually fused like in many other vehicles. Instead, they share a common circuit without dedicated fuses for each lamp. Hope that helps, regards Damian

      Hi @@ODRModurol, does this mean that those set of lights don’t have a fuse or is it just one fuse for that circuit?

    I want to add a gps device. Where can I put it? Can i just use one of the free slots?

    • @ODRModurol
      @ODRModurol  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sansli, in theory yes just make sure you install in the area of the fuse box you need. ie switched or permanent live. Probably easiest just to use a piggy back fuse splitter. Hope that helps, regards Damian

    Hi there, I'm came across your video while looking for clues in what the fault is with my f56. It failed it's MOT because the high beam isn't working. FRM3 module has been tested and ok. Stalk has been checked, all ok. Where can I find the fuses and relays for full beam? Thanks.

      Discodav 78, There is a full list of all the fuses and locations within the video description which might help. F52 - 40A - Main headlight
      F53 - 40A - Main headlight, assume L&R are separate, regards Damian
