Don't know where you are in fixing your bike, but you don't need an over bore. You can pick up a standard bore cylinder and a high compression piston for less than 500 bucks which will increase power from low to mid rpm. You'll definitely have to re-jet your carb, but then you should already have done so after the 3x3 mod and the full exhaust. With the cylinder head off I'd get it ported and do a 3 angle valve job. Voila, a better than brand new bike.
Troy, maybe it's better to wash your bike before any maintenance. Just to avoid some dirt or dust inside the engine.
