Thank you so much to everyone for such amazing feedback, it really means a lot. I will continue to make badminton videos, I abide by quality > quantity so sorry for the long waits in between. Also for some FAQs for the racket: Q: 3U or 4U Nanoflare? A: If you use head heavy before, then go up a weight class e.g if you use head heavy 4U then use 3U Nanoflare, but if even balance then stick with weight class Q: How long to get used to this racket? A: For me, since I always used head heavy rackets and not head light rackets prior to this, it took me close to 3 weeks to feel completely comfortable with it, it differs for different people Q: Nanoflare 800 VS 700, which one should I buy? A: Well, that's for another video ;) If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me it in the comments section
Thank you! But oh that's a shame, you should tried to get back into it, but I guess everyone have periods of time where they take breaks from things, I am sure you will return to it again
Wow, this video is so high-quality! Ive only played once with a head heavy racket, and when I was playing with it I accidentally hit myself in the balls after smashing so I'm staying far away xD. I'll definitely check this racket out as I only have 1 racket at the moment
@자파TV I love the Arc Saber 10. I had two of them when the 11 came out and I immediately bought one. I cant explain why, but I still like the 10 more. So I bought two more of the Arc 10th (Meanwhile I unfortunately broke one of my old ones), which was not easy. The price didnt drop and it seemed like not many people in Germany wanted to give away their Rackets. I dont think I will ever need a new racket model. These guys fit perfectly and the smashing sound is awsome!
If you are looking for quicker frames, then try some of the new victor frames. I know you are not a fan of victors but I remember you being pleasantly surprised at the js12 and the ars 90 and tkf are upgrades from there. I don't think I've ever seen a racket with a faster frame than the ars 90 but it still generates a lot of power with minimal effort. Anyway, just some thoughts. Great that you are back and making videos again, looking forward to the next one!!
Thank you for this video. Been playing a lot with the various Astroxes and while the head heavy solid feel of the Astroxes makes for some fun heavy smashes, my shoulder is starting to fall apart and most days I could not unlock the full potential of these rackets playing with shoulder pain. Will try the NF800 and see how it goes...
800 is completely different to 700, I thought 800 will be an upgrade to 700 but I’m complete wrong. I bought both and I just think 700 is just so much more comfortable. I would recommend 700.
@@jephaniadarngawn6782 Personally i feel 700 you are able to borrow more power from the weight of the racket head and the speed of the swin. Im using 66u string at 27 tension. 800 the racket head is smaller, will take a little to adjust the position of the shot. Given same string and tension for both, i feel u can generate more power with 700
Thank you, yes I am very happy too, because my shoulder condition has been limiting my play for quite long and it does make me kind of sad, however now I feel like I can play again like before
After a year or so of using the NF800, I found the smash is indeed a bit lagging which it is hard to smash through opponent compare to other head heavy rackets. The smash can only be like 7-8/10 at max. The control and speed of the racket make it really good in defend, and hard shaft make it really good control. I can push near to the edge line without significant problem. But really lacks is smashing. In this case, it is indeed a really good double racket because it can easily create opening for teammate or for follow through the next attack
Hey Ken, It's been a while. I loved the contents of your channel. I was wondering what happened. Please don't stress your body. Take the necessary rest. GET WELL SOON BUD.......
I like the astrox99 wallpaper and I'm using it now. How bout your used rackets for giveaways Ken? That would mean a lot to aspiring players out there like me!
Thank you for such a great detail review about the Nanoflare 800. Awesome video overall, but it would be perfect if you can lower the background noise and music.
I just got my 88d 4ug5 a few weeks ago and im loving it so far. Ive always preferred head heavy rackets like my other zf2 4ug4 and my victor k9900 but so far ive been impressed with my 88d. Should i give the nanoflare 800 a go? My technique needs a lot improvement.
Hey Kyle, since you're using 88D, do you or any friend of yours have any experience with the Astrox 68D and 69? How much difference is there between 88D vs 68D in terms of gameplay, keeping in mind that 88D has the Namd technology whereas 68D doesn't? Is it worth the extra penny as there is significant difference in the price tag?
Hey Ken, currently I play both doubles and singles and am seeking a racket for both power and control. I am playing on intermediate-advanced level. I have the z force 2 right now but even though it has insane power, it feels a bit sluggish to me in terms of speed and defence. Any recommendations?
Hey Ken, I saw your reviews for Astrox 88D, Astrox 99 as well as the top 6 rackets. You explained in detail how the 99 differs from 88D based on where exactly the Namd technology is being used in the head. But my questions are about the replicas of 88D & 99. Q1) Astrox 68D & 69 don't have the Namd technologies. So are they really any different from each other unlike 88D & 99 as the other specs are kinda same? Q2) How different is the feel of 68D as compared to 88D when it comes to gameplay? Is it worth the extra investment?
I have astrox 99 and astrox 88s but I don't use 99,its kinda heavy as I often play doubles. In my opinion astrox 88s is suitable for both singles and doubles, go for it if u have limited budget. But if u want to try new things, Nanoflare 800 is worth risk taking. I bought it few weeks back and tested in the court. Initially, I struggle a bit but with time I began to love this racquet. Thou it is light racquet, with proper technique you can hit hard as much as head heavy racquet and fast in court as well. Thanks for the review poison cobra, you video convinced me to buy this racquet. Now goodbye to astrox 99.
Thank you so much to everyone for such amazing feedback, it really means a lot. I will continue to make badminton videos, I abide by quality > quantity so sorry for the long waits in between.
