    I find the jumpcuts aren't annoying if you're just listening to the video. Great content regardless!

    I had weird experiences for a few years due to PTSD from a bad physical assault. If there was any movement on either side of me, I would feel panicked & like I needed to duck. Like when a car was just pulling into a parking spot next to me when I was parked. That made me feel like I was still moving. Or even when a waiter walked by me with a menu in the air while I was sitting in a booth. It was very disorienting. It’s been over 7 years but several months ago, I had the somatic feeling all of a sudden like I was in that assault again, so it’s still lingering. Felt it in my body & had the emotional response

    Very informative! Quite helpful in better understanding this. As well as what can be done with occurances, very hard to find info like this! Thanks!!

    It is horrible. It took years to be able to stop it. However, I have to get up, do something physical, mental, to override it.
    Yes. Mine kept stopping suddenly like a movie reel that stopped always at a certain point. I would feel like I was engaged in the activity, doing chores, until I could shake myself out of it. It wasn't until near 30 that things related, became triggers, like rain.

      She will never be able to fully understand it because she is not the one who experiences it.

    Do you think the use of EMDR can help people decrease their need for medications that help with flashbacks, nightmares etc?
    Ie. prazosin. I know you’re not a psychiatrist but would be interested to hear your thoughts. 🙏🏻

    Why all the jump cuts in the video?

  • @Trobynski
    @Trobynski 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

    Switching camera angles is very disruptive in this video. Its too fast and clunky. Better not to play with editting, just do a straight video to camera.

      Maybe just listen and don't watch if it's distracting to you.
