This information really helped me to understand that the trauma that I went through, recently and in the last 5 years, is the cause for the lack of concentration and focus and my exhibiting behaviour that is very similar to ADHD. I did give up television a long time ago but the scrolling through social media is present. I do watch long videos but I have noticed that, where before I went through the whole video in one go, I am now watching it in 2 or 3 separate times. I used to be a real bookworm but now barely touch books. Thank you for your video because it helped me to bring awareness to my state of affairs.
Amazing information! I think many people with complex trauma are misdiagnosed with ADHD. Please consider this as constructive feedback: I have to say that considering the fact that this video is aimed at people struggling with attention deficit and trauma, the editing of this video is just terrible. The constant cutting in an out, jumping between cameras and frequent cuts make this video really hard to watch. It's almost ironic. Just one camera and not cuts at all would be more than enough. I'm here for the information not for exciting camera angles and jump cuts.
