Does this BMS intake trigger a check engine light?

I have never had a check engine light or any other issues with it.

Do you feel a loss or gain in torque/power?

Maybe slightly more torque. It felt like it was getting less restricted airflow. The difference isn't major though

Bought this intake it would’ve been nice to tell me the sound is ass lmfao can’t hear it from the cabin at all 😂

How do you think this will compare to injen and cts sound wise?

I doubt they will sound much different since all three are open box cold air intakes. But I haven't actually been in a car with those intake systems. Looks like the biggest difference between the BMS intake and those two is that they have a heat shield and the BMS doesn't.

Hey how long have you had this intake on the car? I got a stage 2 435i and I recently got a bms intake

About a year. No issues with it. Just clean or change the filter when it gets dirty.

In this video do you only have the intake installed and everything else is stock?

I had the AWE touring exhaust. But otherwise stock

@@NWAuto I don't hear any difference in burbles in any mode is that normal? Also eco, comfort or sport + I do not feel any difference in steering stiffness. I just learned today that people have stiffer steering on sports plus.

@@phil_aesthetics sport and sport+ should have stiffer steering than eco and comfort. The burbles can depend on what your exhaust setup is. Also what tune you run

This is a dry or wet filter?

You can wash and reapply oil on these. So I assume that makes it a wet filter.
