- Modern BMWs are so easy to mod and increase their power output. In this video we install a VRSF Catted Downpipe and a Burger Motorsport Air Intake on my buddy's 2015 F22 BMW M235i N55 . This DIY How To tutorial will be similar for most F chassis rear wheel drive N55 equipped cars! Links to everything down below! Thanks for watching!

Did my downpipe change with the help of this video💪
Nice upgrade, brother and sister. Thanks for sharing. Regards Nico.
Excellent on the show and tell
Man, great video!!!
Thanks man!!
You are very clear and concise. Have you done a diverter valve on this same M235i? That would be an excellent vid
Great video thanks!
Thanks Omer!
There are several difficult bolts (top one on water pump) top one on diverter valve itself. I think removing the charge pipe also helps
Great infomative vid! Did you get any CELS after changing the downpipe? I'm not planning on tuning mine (yet). When i read forums the opinions about CELS on the vsrf downpipe are mixed
Can you make any e60 videos my sway bar systems leaks and i was wondering if it can be replaced with just a regular sway bar with no power steering lines, i have a 2005 e60 545i it's also hard to find performance videos about what parts are available for the n62.
Do you get a check engine light on when you change that down pipe??
Is it necessary to drop the exhaust???
No gasket on the midpipe connection?
Can I pass an emissions test with a catted pipe?
How can I email you a question
No! Your Rigid impact is actually more powerful than the Milwaukee, have a look at the “Torque Test Channel”
Will this downpipe set off a check engine light
you can always code it out
Ideally you want to pair it with a tune. The only car I have installed aftermarket downpipes without a tune is my F80 and the CEL is intermittent.
Seriously though how and why do yoou seem so knowledge about almost every BMW you work on??
Most BMWs, and cars for that matter, are similar in the processes required to do certain things. I still forget things from time to time, but the power of editing makes it like it never happened. I have been out of routine maintenance jobs for a couple years now, so sometimes I have to reference my own DIYs lol
UNDERPOWERED RIGID
Another video without exhaust sound clip...
These hot air intakes are gimmicks.
The exhaust didn't sound much different, the camera would not have picked it up. The intake noise is much more prominent. Most people go with intakes for the added noise element.
