    Hey! Just found your channel. Must say, that is a novel approach to attaching a temp probe. I just use the Meater. Excellent investment.

    Excellent cook! Great way to use the wire probes for rotisserie! Love the way the juice squirted when you were cutting into this! Stay safe!

    This video was amazing, but your channel trailer caught my eye so now I am going to watch that, well after I get something to eat.

    Man oh man!! That chicken looks awesome!! I’d love a rotisserie, I’ve spit roast a few hogs at work. But I’d love one of these for home. Cheers 👍🏻

    What do you think about the difference between rotisserie and spatchcock?

    • @GrillSergeant
      @GrillSergeant  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I love the taste of rotisserie but I have to give spatchcock a try, I hear it’s delicious...

    Serendipity baby! I was just thinking about how to cook the chicken I got in the fridge. Don't have a rotisery but use apple wood or hickory.

    You could visibly see the chicken plump up when you injected that melted butter in! Clever trick rubber banding the probe to the rotisserie. Thats why they pay you the big bucks!

    It's refreshing to get a side of comedy on your video..alot of barbecue streaming channels are too serious

    Love the recipe and style of cook! Definitely need to work on your butchering skills to make the chicken all pieces with the skin on for presentation.

      Agreed! And thanks for watching. This video was when I first started my journey into backyard BBQ so I’ve learned a thing or two along the way.

      @@GrillSergeant that's awesome man! I love the videos and very nice camera work and audio! Doing a rotisserie chicken today on the Weber Kettle on a Performer I picked up that I completely restored with a rotisserie! Thanks again!
