I love the way you have the information of how you could make your own bindery

I did this back when I was in an apartment and had little space. Then got rid of them and bought the short art boxes when I moved to a bigger house. Now I'm running out of space again so I'm glad i found this video! Thanks for reminding me of this idea!!!

I'm in the process of moving into a new place and I was looking for ways I can pull all of my comics from storage. I'm glad I came across your video. I appreciate and will definitely be doing this for mine. Thank you for the video!

I just came across your video and I think this is a great idea
But I’ve put two books per zipper folder and it’s working out well
Thanks for the idea this works for me

This is a very nice idea, I've got about half a dozen or so signed Dark Souls comics that I'd want to have in a binder for some extra protection beyond a comic protector.

The Staples zip enclosures are a good idea - allows more room for a standard-sized Gerber mylite+board; whereas a modern BCW binder page are too small for that. And, thanks for keeping the vid short/on topic!

I love this idea! I'm totally doing this! I love the look of displayed comics in frames but I also like to read them again from time to time. This binder method is a great alternative that still looks nice displayed!

I came across this about a year or so ago and I’ve done it the only difference is I use zipper file pages
It works great and saves space I’ve put small runs and limited series in mine
And it is easy to find and show my books

Do I need to bag and board them? Or could I also just use like cardboard? Can I. Just use ordinary sheet protectors

I would highly recommend bagging them and boxing them, and also, please, please, please take photos of what you have and upload them into the cloud for your insurance. Trust me. It could save you a lot of headaches later.

Isn't sealing them shut risking having condensation issues. I usually peg a pair of holes through the protector sheet just to be sure...

Anyone watching this 8 years later a tip from a collector of trading cards…store the binders with the spine up and let the comics “hang”. You won’t have to worry about ring damage. Also he’s a dead ringer for Chapelle with that voice.

I must say there is a bit of danger of the comics moving around in the binder pages. Granted they are bagged and boarded, it's still not very stable. Do actually make a binder with specially sized pages for comics from BCW. The pages are made so that it fits the comic snuggly and won't move around, and also so the pages aren't too big that they stick out of the binder. I can't recall if the pages could accommodate a bagged and boarded comic.
