Don't do any fasting diet like one meal a day, i already done it one meal a day and loose almost 18kgs, after that cells in your your body will not accept glucose from your blood, slowly you will develop Diabetes with in 1-2years. Iam already diagnosed and i got Diabetes. Now iam working on it to get out of diabetes without medication. I am unable to get weight back even i eat more quantity, i just got my lossed weight 7kg out of 18kg. Instead of one meal take minimum 2meals or else concentrate on portion size even you have 3meals. Keep in mind if you got diabetes after you loose weight it is more horrible than being obese.
I have seen alot about OMAD diet on Instagram. But, people showing too much of food which I can't consume at once. Can you please share your diet plan of OMAD?
