The set is worth it for Buzzsaw and Blue Rumble alone. 1st time we get the Buzz in this recent generation, and the colors of Blue Rumble are much, much better.
I was SOOOO sad I missed the Netflix release, but now I'm actually glad I had to wait until this set. It's such a a great fugure. If they make a 86 version without the arm kibble and inside arm covers I would totally buy this mold again!
And I plan on swapping out the black legs for the grey legs for Legacy Ravage. I didn't like how Netflix Ravage has a grey neck that stuck out. I am also going to keep WFC Laserbeak to give him a much more different appearance against Buzzsaw. Unfortunately, Fremble is going to be a "chest filler" in Soundwave.
@@jgvillan01 I too, love the fact that Siege Laserbeak and Legacy Buzzsaw have different faces. They will be together with their Leader, while my Siege Soundwave will be birdless.
My Netflix Soundwave yellowed, my legacy reissue of the Siege half yellowed, (that's a weird one) I'm scared to buy this LOL. Also, what if there's a studio series 86 version? Collecting Transformers is stressful LOL
It becomes a lot less stressful when you kinda just settle for having 1 figure of every character or only collecting multiples of your favorites. Like they're going to release a "newest and best" version of a character every few years that makes the last mold obsolete by design, so by just settling for one figure you know you'll like and that will stand the test of time you'll save yourself a lot of the trouble.
I have the Netflix version, but have the Legacy version pre-ordered for the Buzzsaw and Rumble. Will just have to track down Frenzy to complete the cassettes. Will probably keep the Netflix version in tape deck mode with its Ravage inside.
Would get it if it was Lazarbeak instead of Buzzsaw (i say this since i dont have a Lazarbeak or Ravage) but still a very cool set, legacy reissue of the siege mold serves fine as a stand in
I've noticed the QC on legacy package refresh figures from the Siege, Earthrise and Kingdom are excellent. The examples I own are the legacy repack of siege Soundwave and all joints are perfect without being too tight plus it's clean with no battle damage (the siege chest looked horrible)and the legacy repack of kingdom Galvatron with the same perfect joints correctly assembled shoulders and no battle damage.I did owned the siege Soundwave mold and even being an identical mold it had a couple of minor QC issues and the battle damage was just too much and really ruined the look.
Soundwave could have gotten yellow eyes and toy Frenzys guns could have been yellow or gold like RtS Demolition Rumble would have gotten if he came out. But overall a decent set though there probably will be an 86 Soundwave within the next two years.

I hope that if they do, do an 86 Soundwave they make a new mould like what they did with 86 Ironhide (lmao I must agree it is extremely stressful)

That is a weird one my legacy reissue of the siege is fine
@@Cybertrontoearth it is weird because it's only the left side. Right is fine
@@ZeonicZaku1-Zeon_Grunt_Suit newest isn't always the best. I still like my Takara Legends Blurr over SS86

I agree it is slightly lame to not have Laserbeak, but the Buzzsaw is so nice I don't really mind too much.
I think it was meant to not only give us a Buzzsaw figure but pay an homage to the original G1 toy release that came with Buzzsaw as standard

Wow first time I heard about the siege version yellowing sorry to hear about your bad luck
Which has the more brighter visor?
The original Netflix does, but I think it seems that way because the red plastic looks darker on the new United version. It's not brighter by much.
Thats a surprisingly sloppy tape deck mode
Core class has a better deck mode😅
I hate the flat gray color
