Replace the fork bearings with All Balls fork bearings. The ones from the factory are inadequate.
See below from Vaquero forums: I finally changed my stem bearings and it wasn't that difficult a job (maybe a 4 beer job). I torqued the stem nut to about 25ft.lb and then went for a 20-30km ride before re-torquing. I have not felt any sign of the wobble even after a 1700km weekend ride. I also run Ride On tire balancer and sealer so that may have compensated for me not changing my front tire (commander 3).
I have also changed my fork oil and seals a few years ago and installed a 3/4" spacer to "pre-load" my front springs for less diving during hard stops. Not sure if that makes a difference.

    Hey man
Did you ever found out the problem?
    I have a 2022 vaquero
    It’s doing the same thing
Just put new tires and actually it’s a bit worst than with old tires
I was blaming the old tire but it wasn’t
    Thank you

Did you adjust pressure up to near 40? as this seems to work for others. Thanks for sharing video

I've heard about this with the Commander 3s. Apparently its a common issue. At least on Vaqueros / Voyagers. So far, ive stuck with stock Dunlops but ive hears that Avon Cobra Chromes are also a top notch tire. Heard Pirelli Night Dragons are also a good option but because theyre softer / grippier, they wear kind of quick. Ill be trying out the Avons mid to end of season this year on my 2021 Vaquero

The dunlop I used to replace the Commander III with was “better” for about a month. Since then its been just as bad.

Try with a heavier handle bar ends (steering weights)

I thought tires were the problem, but mine does the same after new tires.

    Tire pressure problem ?

Tire pressure was good to go. Even increased it from 28psi (Kawasaki recommended PSI) to 35psi.. issue turned out to be the tread pattern on the tire. Switched it out for a Dunlop Elite 4 which has a centerline tread and the problem is gone.

@@joebroyles5680 Is the problem cured as mine just did the same the yesterday

@@brentp4217 the problem is MOSTLY cured. Front tire inflated to 42psi. Still slight shimmy with the Dunlop, but NOTHING like it was with the Commander 3 front tire.
