A Metromover line from Brickell to SOBE would be nice. Then, Miami Beach could limit the number of cars and people into SOBE, that are not hotel guests or residents.
Miami Beach residents and commissioners have voted down this type of transport option for years. It’s called the Baylink. The county is pushing hard for it. Everyone wants it except Miami Beach.
You can't limit people from moving freely in Miami, who do you think you are? If that was the case, there wouldn't be so many cuban and spanish speaking immigrants in Miami. They are not native to Miami or Florida. Your definition of ''residents'' is flawed.
Downtown is Miami’s version of NYC’s Hudson Yards. I just hope they fill it up unlike HY which is half empty. Downtown has a better chance since access is better than HY.
Anybody thinking what will happen to traffic in brickell and downtown with so many new high rises densing up these areas? Plus, many of these new buildings have no restrictions on renting to all short term rentals like daily rentals, it will be total chaos in the buildings and on the streets. It looks like there are no urban development planners thinking about where these will take Miami.
Downtown is the most immune from traffic because it has by far the best and most varied public transportation options of any neighborhood. Once they figure out the piece that goes to and from the beach, it will check the last box to make it more complete.
By far the best? You mean like king of the short bus? Did you forget the bridges constantly going up on Biscayne Blvd? Ships have right of way after 6 PM. What a mess
I know this is off topic, but what are your guys thoughts on the Mercedes Benz Places Building that's being constructed in Brickell? Positive thoughts about it?
😮i agree with you, what about homeless population, businesses owner cant afford to keep their business because of high taxes sales of city miami and huge homelessness problem.i think miami downtown is too much congest
With high density does come a bit of congestion. A chunk of that is all the construction going on. Once this burst of building is completed, hopefully the pace of building will be less disruptive than it is at the moment. 👍
Yes, there is always a give and take. On the other hand, all the land underneath the freeway will be made into highly walkable parks and sidewalks. It will be much more attractive and pedestrian friendly than what exists today.
I'm halfway through the video and I'm incredibly impressed. Miami is the place to be. Where I'm at in the SF Bay Area in California it's just downhill and deteriorating. Bad policies from the state level all the way down to certain local municipalities are driving businesses away. Fl is doing it right.
Miami is a true wonder of the world. I have been here since 1999, and it just gets more dynamic and interesting every year. -Sep Niakan, Blackbook Properties, lic 3102146
Since 2021 till now more than 533 thousand cubans 🇨🇺 have migrated to the US where the majority live here in Miami and Florida. And thats without even counting the amount that are gonna migrate here the rest of this year which are projected to be another 260 thousand. So the cuban 🇨🇺 community alone has migration to Miami and Florida taken care of.
The wealthy keep moving to south Florida. For example, it’s home to the most billionaires in the world. A significant portion of the new construction being built cater exclusively to the wealthy.
Wow - downtown is ready to explode - Miami is the city of the future! ❤
I live in Chicago but i have been vacationing in Miami for years.I would like to see development at the Miami Herald site.
We all would! One day it will happen, and it will be grand! 😀
This was a nice update video. Well done, sir! Thanks!!!!

Is it a jail
@@blackbookproperties As a Millionaire's Row/Collins resident, I voted against it.
It's going to be epic!!

Yes indeed. Downtown has amazing access and is the core of public transportation in all of South Florida. So it WILL happen.
My native hometown is looking SUPER!

I personally haven't looked into it in lots of detail, but the market has embraced it pretty well as far as I have heard from my team -Sep
@@blackbookproperties You should do a video of it and Brickell.

Very good video.
Thank you 🙏
That upcoming century bridge freeway expansion takes away prime building lots that'd be a better use of land

Most of the locals cant afford this, most are priced out.
Whenever prices go up, there is certainly always a portion of the population that gets priced out.
So very true!!!

I was actually shocked when i recently found out Miami offers free tesla ride public transportation
We sure do. That's part of the Freebee system, and you can find out more about it in the video we are releasing this week! Thanks for the comment.

The migration to FL is long over already. Where is the population to support all these projects and infrastructures? Tourists alone are not enough.

Alot of the wealth in South America and the Caribbean is invested in Miami Realestate.
