Oh so wonderful- thank you I am rather inflexible and was looking for a practice that would encourage me to improve over time - this is definitely a winner🙏 I have tried each "pose" before but your flow was delightful and allowed me to progress noticeably within the flow. I look forward to repeating multiple times a week. Your instructions helped me understand what I was stretching 😀 and where my personal edges are now.
It´s about three weeks now that I make this routine and my whole body experience, especially the areas in my body the routine was made for, are feeling more strong and flexible. Less pain, more awareness and more motivaion for further practice. Thank u for your pleasant being and your empathy. My favourite online yoga teacher. namaste
Great sequence, Jen! I find this quite challenging, especially after a long bike ride. Feels so good and helps with recovery. You are so encouraging at just the right times- great coaching style- I agree with all the comments below as well- THANK YOU!
This is a fantastic yoga flow that I have done several times now. Thank you so much for the wonderful hip opening stretches and for reminding me to slow down and be grateful!!
Had a 2 hour massage yesterday that focused on the same areas this yoga session focused on. Wonderful stretches! Felt terrific!!! Will definitely practice again!
I feel better, hips were very tight I also jump back to your video's . I find your vibe truly relaxing and reassuring especially after the end of a work week here in hectic NYC.
This video led me to a pretty interesting experience. My muscle shook but I stayed with it? I don't normally shake during yoga, but I took this as a nervous release or tension release. It stopped later and afterwards I felt great. Anyone else experience this. Thanks Jen, i only do yoga to your teachings and I appreciate each one.

This one almost killed me.... in a good way though. Following a suggestion below I added a quad stretch at the end to counterbalance things and it was a great way to finish this sequence. Thanks a lot!!
I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but i've noticed that Jen has been through a lot of change in comparison to her past videos to present, she looks different, and has gone through a lot of change it seems, but i also notice, maybe it's just me, and maybe i'm overthinking, but Jen seems to have this dead dull kinda look in her eyes, and i apologize if this is odd to randomly bring up and/or ask, but, Jen, are you alright?

Great video, however with my Osteoarthritis in my left hip, the deep knee lunges are out for me. Wonderful if you are only dealing with tight hips.
