I saw the feature on Kinga in the latest Vintage Guitar and I am delighted to see the future of music is in the most soulful, funky, and jazzy of hands, hearts, fingers, and minds.
I do not tink so. Joe Zawinul, Wayne Shorter and the one and only Jaco Pastorius, are still to be beaten. Then Jaco's touch on the strings of his fretless and unbeatable mate. This is telling you from someone who has been listening to Contemporary Jazz for more than 30 years.
Brilliant fusion, a bit psychodelia.....Generally, she made it, IMO, to be recognizable. "Dear Ukraine" - so easy, listenable bass line in B♭m and sax!!!!!
