She needs to be fired before she gets the chance to retire. She also needs to be charged for felony evading and reckless driving instead she was treated like a princess. If she isn't charged with felony fleeing then the message is clear: you don't have to stop for police anymore. The cop who stopped her is a coward and a sissy. She walked all over him and made him her bitch.

This is bullshit... A Misdemeanor and Officer can use Officer Discretion. NOT on a Felony charge.
As a former Sheriff Deputy this is a list of charges your District Attorney did in that 29 min body cam video
    1) Failure to Yield to an Emergency Law Enforcement Officer during a Traffic stop
    2) Felony Fleeing & Eluding
    3) Reckless Driving
    4) Failure to Comply/Non Compliance with Several Lawful Orders given to her by the Law Enforcement Office conducting the Traffic Stop 🛑
    5) Interference of a Law Enforcement Officer while performing his/her Lawful Duties & Responsibilities
    6) Obstruction of a LEO during an Investigation
    7) Resisting a Law Enforcement Officer
Now you have Ethic issues with her Elected Position as a Public Servant and how she acted. Several Administrative violations of United States Code Title 5, Title 15, Title 18.
You have Ethics issues with the fact she is a License Attorney to Practice Law and she had lied, manipulated this event and are in the act of a Conspiracy to fake she is held accountable for appearance sake for election year. They believe you are dumb enough to buy this load of 💩

Favoritism isn't supposed to be part of the law. Cops say anyone else would have been detained. Correct. Doorley consistently writes in her prosecution papers that to dismiss even nominal charges would seriously undermine the legal process. She gets people to plead guilty with maximum pressure and especially those who cannot afford the fight for their innocence when people lie on accusatories and get away with perjury on state documents in order to accelerated abusive legal proceedings. She's been the QUEEN of that approach to the law for a long, long time. By her own metric and words, this should end her career with a minimum of 3 formal criminal charges 1) Reckless driving 2) Fleeing the scene 3) Disobeying an officers direct orders/commands and if you add in trying to curry favor with her office? That one is the cherry on top for forced dismissal.

I think just about everyone knows how this will play out. She’ll keep her position and go on. Any officials who say she should be held accountable is nothing but for show. Nothing will be done…I have a feeling that soon there will be no cops on the job because of crap like this. She was nasty to that officer and her entire demeanor was nothing but entitlement. And the attorney who spoke here? He didn’t say anything worth anything at all. It doesn’t matter that especially since she’s the one who prosecutes people such as herself she should be held more accountable. This attorney here is definitely a “politician”…..full of nothing but words. They’ll look and see that if she doesn’t have a record then let her go. Don’t care what else you see during that stop what it showed was a disgrace.

BUT HER POSITION DID EFFECT her encounter with law enforcement! And she pulled rank as D.A. as well as contacting the chief of police. AND SHE CHOSE WHO WOULD INVESTIGATE HER BEHAVIOR. All of this is highly UNETHICAL behavior and shows very poor judgement in an elected official. Please tell me that the decisions made hereafter about her behavior, will lead to arrest and hearing with bond to follow and her suspension from official duties until the situation is legally resolved. If this was a police officer that is exactly what would happen and the officer could very well be FIRED over something like this. That is something Doorley should also face since she carries a badge and could be considered a law enforcement officer.

  • @Blwn2000pu

This shit escalated into way more than traffic infractions that officers discretion is used for. She raised the stakes to felony status in which case the police could be charged themselves for malfeasance by not taking action, mainly the Chief in this case. It seemed the patrol officer was willing to go further but not at the risk of retaliation by his superiors. She not only went from simple misdemeanor actions, straight to felony actions as well as using her powers as DA to try to evade the consequences of them. Now each case she has prosecuted in her long career should be scrutinized for unethical and deceptive actions she may have used in her convictions of those citizens.
