I disagree, I think when the one supervisor walked in there and borderline started yelling at her that she "knows better" than to do that, that he isn't concerned about his job. The dirty secret is that most times, officers can't stand their local DA's. Look at how many officers put their lives at risk to arrest and charge criminals, only for their DA to not go through with it, or drop most of the serious charges. Judges are to blame as well, but that is more on the light sentencing. For the many serious crimes that result in light punishments, there's even more that never see the inside of a courtroom. Our justice system is broken, these cops are bearing the brunt of the DAs' and Judges' failures.

She refused his commands, not letting him enforce the law, which would’ve answered to which degree she was intoxicated. If this was the average citizen, their car would’ve been approached with gun drawn and they would been told to keep their hands on the steering wheel. The supervisor should be fired and charged with neglect and unprofessional conduct along with the D.A.

What? Did she. Have in. Her purse. That she didn’t want to get caught with. That’s why she didn’t stop, went into her house against orders, then came immediately out. She dumped it inside. Only my experience.
