Perfectly said Gillian. You always inspire with simple actionable steps. You are definitely one of my favourite business TH-camrs that I recommend my members to learn from. Would love to do a collab with you one day on the importance of creating passive income over earned income using the power of TH-cam to automate and grow that income. The necessity of building passive income hit me hard in 2016 when I ended up in a 3 week coma fighting for my life and then blessedly waking up again only to find I was now a severely disabled lung person who could no longer work at a normal job anymore. Incredibly while fighting for my life, I was earning passive income. It wasn't until after that experience I learned just how important that was. Would be an honour to share that with your audience. Back in September, I watched this video and subsequently took your free course on getting 1000 subs in 3 months. You advised against stretching the 1000 subs goal out to a year because most people would get burnt out. That really stuck with me so I went all in! I posted my first video on October 4th. By October 30th I had 7 videos posted and on November 6th I reached 1000 subscribers! Today, only a month and a half in, I have over 2000 subs. I just wanted to say thank you for what you do and the impact you are having on so many! God bless you!
Consistency is indeed important cause when you start to get lazy it just goes downhill from there and it's just going to delay the growth of your channel. Having a JUST DO IT attitude is important.
The Title alone got me subscribing before watching because I have so much to learn about what to do to prioritize . I am so glad you upload this video. It's helpful.

Thank you. I really appreciate this video. I have only 66 subscribers and I have been working on this from scratch. I have a good business plan, but I am learning how to make the videos and this process is really slow. I know that I have to figure out thumbnails and titles better. I am still trying to get the video and editing down pat without any screw-ups. I am also working on my next novel, which I would like to have out in book stores next year.

See Gillian I didn’t have an issue getting the subs and Watch hours. My problem came with getting monetized. TH-cam said I was re-using content but I legitimately edited the video clips from free for use sites and then calming music from TH-cam’s own free use catalog. I’m not sure what to do next.
