After any claybar or synthetic clay disc you will need to polish after as the clay will marr the surface.

The clay pads for da or orbital are far less abrasive and a lot safer if used properly.

You can only run it as fast as you can keep the pad lubricated. So you can run it fast or slow as long as you keep the pad and the paint wet.
